This was BY FAR the BEST every service experience I ever had with Service Ontario HANDS down. Rania was charming, polite, professional and made my day. Great service with optimized staff.

Very well attended by knowledgeable rep at the front desk, Nancy clearly prioritizing appointment holders vs non-appointment holders, helping me speeding the process.

She was very empathetic trying to help non-appointment holders as well to get their cases process faster. The rep.who processed the case at the counter was highly empathetic, knowledgeable, quick in work and understanding of the needs. Big thanks to the team there. I finished the job end to end less than few minutes.

My son and I attended the Service Ontario office at Leslie and Finch today to modify the ownership for a car we recently purchased. We were assisted by the most friendly and helpful agent. Her name is Rania. Although the office is very busy and noisy, Rania, was incredible. A super smile while she took the time to explain to us the process and to give us advice on how to proceed with next steps. A big thankyou goes out to Rania; you are fantastic!

I made an appointment to attend the Don Mills/Finch location of Service Canada in order to replace my damaged license plates. The person who I dealt with at the counter was named "Rania". She was everything that a client could want - friendly, knowledgeable, competent and efficient. She handled my needs very well, explained what she was doing and why, and had a smile on her face the whole time. Thank you for a nice experience.

Went to service Ontario couple weeks ago to change my driving license address and photo. I wanted to change my picture to a new photo. Rania helped me to change my address and picture. She took couple of photos to make sure I get good picture on my license as I was paying. I really appreciate all staff members at this Service Ontario location, kind, good assistance and greets everyone with smile.

I went to this location on Dec 7,2022 to have my driver's licence and health card replaced after I had been pickpocketed while travelling. I love the new appointment booking system. I was able to walk into the office and get served immediately. Parisa was the person who looked after me. Her service was warm and pleasant. A big shout out to Parisa for providing impeccable service.

I recently visited this Service Ontario location to renew my drivers license. The wait time for walk-ins is reasonable, but I would recommend booking appointments nevertheless. My experience at this location was beyond positive thanks to Rania, who helped me at the counter. Her pleasant attitude, kind smile, and efficient service was the highlight of my day! If you need to visit Service Ontario, I would wholeheartedly recommend this location all thanks to her.

I booked an appointment for an address change, and i got inside real quick in about less than 10 minutes. The service was quick and on point, and Rania helped us a lot during the wait time. If this was the service provided i would visit service Ontario everyday. Great work by the team

Service was good. Don’t forget to book your appointment if you don’t want to wait for 3hrs. Parisa was amazing in communication and services. There was a sweet and cheerful lady outside who made everything smoother going. She would separate appointments from walk-ins which reduce appointments wait time. I was out within 10mins.

Had a wonderful experience this morning!
I came to this office due to fail to renew my wife's driver's license and health card on line last night, and realized there is a pretty long line up of "walk-in" customers already.the staff at the entrance did an excellent job in organizing everything, prioritize the ones who had appointment, guide the ones who doesn't in line waiting for chances of entering.
It was 50min to an hour wait time till our turn and the staff at counter Rania was so amazing assisting us to process the renewal. She was so efficient in processing the jobs with always warm smile on her face.make us feel all the waiting was worthy.
Finally appreciate all the staff in this Service Ontario office of their hard work serving the community.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Staff doesn't have good working knowledge, are rude and condescending and make up rules and regulations as they go along. It's also a dump with filthy furniture, floors and stained ceiling tiles. Basically the worst form of government privatization.

Horrible experience. Wheelchair doors don't work and they refuse to get it fixed. Manager says they turn them off on purpose so they don't loose heat when people come and go. So how do you keep heat in when people manually open the doors? Disservice Ontario is so backed up its frustrating and annoying to deal with. It has never been an easy access or simple and quick to get your papers in order. Absolutely hate having to deal with them for importation I. D.papers, your car etc. They need to have better accessibility for those who struggle

Went there for vehicle ownership transfer with everything in good standing. Safety Inspector wrote YY of the Vehicle Manufac. Year instead of YYYY. They sent me back for correction, even the inspector was shocked and surprised, he had never written YYYY in over 20 years! Very unprofessional and they did a disservice.

The staff are helpful but just wanna say that this location doesn't serve for health card application when you are on a work permit or a PR applied status. I made an appointment, went in and was told that they don't offer the service. The only location that offers this service is the one at Sheppard - Yonge.

I highly recommend to book an appointment. It’s very easy and it will save you hours of waiting time. With the appointment it took me about 40 minutes including line-up and service. Not bad considering people without an appointment would wait 1 to 3 hours in line.

Huge line! Over 50 people waiting OUTSIDE at 10am on a Wednesday. Went to renew my sons health card. I tried multiple times to book an appointment online but it wouldn't allow. Decided to go in person to walk in, the line was outrageous. I can't wait outside for hours with my son while it is less than 8 degrees outside. Awful system the Ontario Government has.

I was here in the morning, there is a trainee lady who is very rude. Didnt know what to do was just sitting there for 10 minutes without movement and when asked how long it would take she moved me to the next person. This was the worst experience of customer service. I usually dont write reviews but beware that person working doesnt know her job and is highly disrespectful and unpleasant to speak with. People here deny to help you and make excuses to just not do their job properly

Beware that you will be refused service if you do not book an appointment in advance. There are many people who are not tech savvy and do not know this prior to going to Service Ontario. On the Ontario.ca website under health card renewal, nowhere does it say that you must book an appointment. The information to book an appointment is only on the services.gov.on.ca website. They have people lining up outside in -13 degree weather for an hour and a half just to tell them that they can’t be serviced if they did not schedule an appointment online. As if they would be able to actually keep these appointment times given their ridiculously slow and poor service. Please inform everyone that you know so that they can avoid this situation.

It's small but very well organized. You are able to book an appointment online, at either serviceappointments or Ontarioappointments. When you arrive there are 2 lines outside, 1 for walk-ins, another for online appointments. If you have an appointment, you will go in 1st. There is someone at the door, instructing individuals. It is very safe, well structured and efficient. With my appointment I was able to go in and everything done, then out in under 10 minutes.

Expect to still wait a little even if you have an appointment. My appointment was on a Wednesday at 4pm. I arrived early at 3: 45pm. Left at 4: 10pm. Online booking system was easy to use. Got my appointment in just a few minutes. Confirmation and reminder emails were also received promptly without issue.

There's a line up outside those are mostly for people who don't have an appointment. Let the staff at front door know your scheduled time and last name. Once they find it on their sheet, they'll let you in (unless they reached the max capacity inside).

There're 4 - 5 clerks that day. Still it was pretty slow, especially when one of the clerks processed health card only (Idk, maybe due to system issue?). For most of the time I was there that clerk just sat there staring into space. It delayed the whole operation quite a lot.

In my opinion they should dedicate one clerk to handle all simple tasks so people move faster and don't have to gather inside for a long time. I changed my address online already. I only needed a new printout of vehicle permit with new address on it. The whole process took no more than 3 minutes. Yet I had waited for 20 mins.

Pretty good experience overall. Seriously, people please do your best to book appointment. Not only here. Many places I visited lately required an appointment. It always made thing super smooth for me. It's not just for the pandemic. It's where the world is heading. It's something you need to figure out sooner or later, regardless of your race, age, sex, education, wealth or tech literacy. Helping hands are everywhere if you're willing to ask.

Was there at the Skymark Plaza branch around 11 a.m on a weekday. No line up. At entrance, a staff checked your Covid-19 symptoms. The staff at counter was super polite, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. She helped to make the whole process very smooth and fast.
Have never had such a pleasant experience in dealing with a Govt sponsored facility. A Happy visit.

The Asian lady at the second desk from right was not polite and agitated. The noise in the room and her low voice plus her accent made it quite difficult to understand what she was saying, she looked annoyed when I asked her repeat what she said and tried to asked question. But she got the job done even though she needed a bit help from her colleague, so I will give 2 stars for the service.

I came here to request an Ontario Photo Card and the lady (who was so rude) simply didn’t want to give it without showing “proof of status” which is not necessary for this kind of ID. So rude! Don’t go there.

I had a very good service with one staff in donmills location to retake my pic for driver license. She was so patience to check and serviced me. I should ask her name. Thank you so much.

I renewed my driver license in 1170 sheppard west, the staff was rude and so rush at work. The whole process took less than 5 mins to renew my driver license. But everyone spent 30 mins + for the service. The staff didn't ask me to be ready for taking pic. She just let me stand in front of the White board, then took my pic without saying anything, and asked me to pay. The pic was not qualified to use. Then, i have to go and redo my license.

I understand now its covid, but please try to service people nicely so that doesn't need to double the work for others. And
Please be respect each other.

I was there this morning to replace my license plate. The girl who’s standing by the door to arrange the line was super active! She was running to make sure that the door is open on time. The employee in station 4 was helpful, she just needed a little help from her supervisor regarding my paperwork. The supervisor gave me the details and she was a little impatient when I started to ask some questions. But I was Ok, since the supervisor was dealing with another customer at the same time and we all experience tough time with this pandemic.
I had to get some missing document, so they gave me a ticket to avoid lining up when I come back.
I came back after an hour and was able to get to the office right away. The lady on the same station helped me to complete the process in about 20 minutes.
I want to say “thank you” for the girl who was arranging the line and for the lady in station 4 for the friendly service.

One of the worst places for anyone with a disability. Service Ontario is there to meet the needs of all peoples and needs to address how it fails its customers. 1. Lack of disabled access to the premises. Try using this venue alone in a wheelchair. 2. The lack of space to sit if you are elderly or have mobilty issues. There are a couple of seats near door which infringe on the privacy of anyone at desk one. 3 the space inside is so small it should advertise on line if you are disabled go somewhere else.on a good point. The staff were helpful polite and friendly.

Guys the wait time at this location is over an hour at least at any time of the day. Extremely slow staff. The black lady manager is extremely rude and very unpleasant to deal with, instead of talking to hard working tax payers with please and thanks, she literally yells at them like they owe her or something, What a piece of work she is i tell ya guys! Since the Manager is rude here staff is the same way! When you reach the counter they don't even greet you in any way. They all are lacking proper training at this location.

I only came here to renew my Health card. Oh boy. For a small Service Ontario location, this office was packed with people and had a lack of employees which was approximately 11AM. When it finally came to my turn, the desk-lady who spoke to me may be new. She wasn't sure what she was doing, and constantly asking the other employees beside her who were busy serving other people. The application was done, albeit it turned out to be a 1-2 hr long wait. I'm going to a different Service Ontario location nearby, next time, for my Health card renewals.

Really bad service and experience there, especially TWO OLD LADIES looks (bit fat) Indian and chinese. Even thought I live around here, I will never ever go this service ontario. Poor this place
