. I guess this place gets 5 stars? Lol staff were nice and a nice long line - that actually moved quickly.

My postal code area was under a different name in their system than my drivers licence. Lady would not even let me explain that the name they had was the region, and the one on my licence was the actual town. No exceptions, extremely unreasonable.

Went in on a Monday and the place was packed right to the door, it moved along nicely though and the staff here was friendly and helpful.

Kinda feels like you are arriving to a prison when you walk in and the "customer service clerks" are the gaurds.customer service? Non existent here.

Extremelely long line, I got the feeling that the ladies did not want to help people, more like looked for any reason to turn them away. Very nit pickey.accused me of being out of province when I was actually very sick and unable to leave my house.

Very grumpy and rude lady dealt with me and nothing was Service Ontarios fault it was blamed on Canada Post and I was charged almost half of what I had already paid in order to replace the item that never got to me

I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. FAST FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. TY AMANDA FOR YOUR SERVICE WITH A SMILE! TODAY THERE WAS NO LINEUP AND AMANDA ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 15 MINS TODAY!

I went in with completed documentation to transfer ownership of a fleet vehicle who did not understand a sales agreement and the different portions of the ownership agreement. Very condecending attitude, so I left and went to another Service Ontario location on Commissioners in London who processed my purchase quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude. Not sure I’ll ever go back to Lambeth.

Extremely fast and friendly service! No wait time when I walked in. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I never thought I would ever give one of these places 5 stars but in and out quickly with polite staff.

Location is great. Close and convenient as well as quick service with experienced employees. The only problem is that they close at 1pm everyday while others are open until at least 4 or 5pm. Plan ahead and go there.

I have been attending this location for many years. I have been well treated and helped many times. At one attendance, one of the clerks came from behind the counter and got me a chair. No complaints.

Very rude and grumpy lady with short hair glasses for no reason.please leave the service industry if you cant work with the public.

Unbelievably poor experience!
I feel compelled to write this review because of the repeated poor service I have received from this location.i switched locations for a number of years but had to return because of time constraints.
Today I was treated rudely and had forms thrown at me by the 'screening' woman with no explanation about the process for receiving a temporary licence for my classic car. She walked away and wouldn't answer my questions.
When I approached the registration area it was lined up with dealers holding multiple plates to process, So even though I was there at opening time 9am - I left frustrated and angry - what a bummer to the start of my Saturday.
Don't go here - they are all toxic! !

This is still my go-to location to get license / health card related stuff done. I live across the city from this location now, but it's worth coming out of my way to do my dealings here. The ladies here have always been fantastic with me, including when I visited this morning (I was a little skiddish coming in after having a REALLY bad experience at the Adelaide St.location a couple weeks ago.) Ladies were friendly and helpful, and I made sure they knew how greatly I appreciated it. I will be back.

The woman I first spoke with was very dismissive and rude. She told me she “didn’t want” the paperwork I had brought for my health card renewal but didn’t offer any alternatives, just handed them back and I had to leave and try to find something else. I work in customer service and I know how someone should be spoken to and that definitely wasn’t it. Once I figured it out myself and managed to come back on time the second woman was pleasant, that’s the only reason this review is getting more than one star. It seems like this location has a lot of older employees that are stuck in their small town ways, it would be nice to freshen things up with some new staff who know how to treat people.

You can tell there's a comraderie there and it comes out with customer service.

I much prefer to go here for my needs than to downtown London. It is worth the trip for the service the staff gives.
