Went in there picked #50 they were waiting on #41, forty minutes later there still on #41. Poor lady next to me 9 months pregnant said she had been waiting over an hour. Decided to cut my losses and leave, by the time I got to my car poor pregnant lady left to. To make matters worse your website still lists the Huron.st address.

I went to renew my son's health card in March and was told we needed additional documents to prove our residency, which is totally understandable. I made arrangements to expedite those and am still waiting. However, unbeknownst to me during that appointment, both mine and my son's health cards were canceled. To my knowledge, we were still covered until the expiry date on our cards. Now after both of us having doctor's appointments prior to the card expiry date, I have had to pay for the visits because our health cards were declined. When I called to see what the issue was with the cards, I was informed that whomever I spoke to in your office had our cards canceled. Perhaps in the future, your staff should communicate that cards will be canceled effective immediately, so people don't have to be blindsided.

The staff at the Service Ontario Stratford are always helpful and pleasant.

I went there for updating my address and to apply for a health card. Kelsey was very helpful with my application.

Best experience I've ever had at a service ontario. I was in and out within 5mins. I'll take the extra drive to come here.
