Had a very hard time in Bradford Service Ontario. There is a bad atmosphere in there. They didnt seem interested in helping me, too much work or something. I came up here to Barrie, everyone was pleasant and had a smile. I noticed a nice atmosphere standing in line. They went out of their way to help with my issue. Issue solved.

Quick, Professional and efficient. Well staffed for Saturday. I needed to get 2 ownerships updated and a lost health card. I was back at my house in 25min. 20 min of it was driving there and back.

I had a messy bit of paperwork that had to corrected for my son. Krista was exceptional in her patience with us and unbelievably patient. It took a long time to make everything right again but she went to great length to make sure it all got corrected. I will go no where else after this great service!

Bad experience here today. Blond haired employee sitting in the middle, was conversing for almost 15 minutes talking about a lost purse.
Customers in the lineup are joking about how long it is taking the two drama queens to get thru which should have been 5 minutes. Us, the customers almost ordered pizza while in line.customers were talking of ordering a pizza while we're waiting in line up as the lineup was now almost outside. Then it became my turn, and is my bad luck went, I got the same employee. I needed to bring a bank statement in as proof of ID. This same employee attempted to tell me it wasn't a bank statement when that's exactly what it was stamped on the top of it.fortunately for me I also had a hydro bill with me which she didn't expect. I'm sure she must have overheard us talking about the two drama queens and so she purposely tried to make our lives miserable today.
I had to smile at the sign on their glass office window that asked customers to be polite! She should read her own sign! These employees
Seem to burn out fast here as the faces are always changing.

I was in and over quite fast with everything taken care of that I needed done. This is definitely my go to Service Ontario location within Barrie to visit.

Well as far as government run offices go these lovely people working here do a pretty good job overall.
Knowledgeable, friendly and speedy enough. I feel bad for the system they have to deal with and the people that don't understand that.

It's my first visit to this location @ 271 Burton Ave, unit 21, I'm very impressed with the staff working speed. At first I was not sure about walking in without an appointment to serve my purpose which I had faced in Toronto, but this location and the staff change everything, the door opens at 9: 00 am, there's around 10 people in front of me, I came out in 15 minutes holding the paper in my hand. Being new in Barrie this is a very good sign that I made a good decision.

Hours of operation state 9AM-5PM. Left work early to get here before they closed but ended up arriving at 4: 55 due to getting caught behind an accident. Door was already locked. I was told they lock their doors at 4: 45 and they would not let me in.

Very quick in and out. Too bad they didn't give a break to Ontario for not being able to drive or work alot for a year. Thanks Doug!

I visit this Service Ontario every year not because I have to it's because I like the friendly helpful service I have recieved over the last few years. I might not always come prepared every time but the staff are always willing to help and point me in the right direction. Fast friendly service is why I do business at this location.

Very helpful staff. Didn't quite know what I had to do to change my number plates because they were peeling. Showed me what parts of the form I had to fill out. Thankyou for the help and for being so efficient

After having a few challenges getting a new health card for my 16 year old, we were finally able to get what we needed and the kind and helpful staff member, I'm sorry I don't recall her name, was quite helpful and patient with us. Thank you!

Whenever I need to do anything that requires a ServiceOntario, I always try to go to this one. They are always quick, efficient, professional, and kind.

The staff are helpful and patient. Even helped me with stuff I didn't realized had expired. Fast and respectful. This is the place to goto to deal with any Ontario government needs. Keep up the good work you guys.

Was gifted an ATV and had a sworn statement with me. I had to get it done twice because I did not complete the date, I was waiting to complete it the day I transferred the ATV. After two attempts I went to the Simcoe Street location only to find out I did not need a sworn statement as ATV's have no re-sale value for tax purposes. Thanks for the great help!

Huge line up almost everytime we come. The place needs to be far larger. Friendly and helpful staff.

Knowledgeable staff that are always happy to help, explain things in a polite fashion, and overall make me never dread coming back as most Americans do their DMV's. This is the ideal Service Ontario location. Typically the line isn't bad here, if it's put the door (extremely rare), you'll still be out within 20 or 30 minutes.

I have been to many Service Ontario offices, this place is by far the best one! They are very efficient and have you in and out of there pronto!

Ive been to the bradford and newmarket location and this location in barrie is definitley the best in terms of service, and speed. Kristen was amazing! So friendly, informative and efficient. She helped me with my name change on my drivers license, health card and also to get me new license plate sticker. Literally in and out in no more than 10 min. I went around noon on Monday and there was no line but each rep was always with someone. So efficent here and so friendly. I will continue to come to this location from now on! Ive never had an experience like this at Service ontario:)

Typical Service Ontario place.
Staff here at this location are friendly and helpful ; when it is not during the rush hours. We went in to obtain driving license and plate informations. Was very helpful in telling us about how the new plate and sticker rules apply. Informed us about obtaining a used vehicle information package from the seller. Gave us some helpful advice.

Huge queue all the time. Expect to wait for over 30-40 minutes before being served as there is only one receptionist who can help direct you to the person who can process your request. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful, repectful and were able to acquire what I needed.

Friendly staff and quick service. It's the best spot to get anything done as they are very good at keeping the line moving.

Got my licence today and saw that I was blinking in my picture. Looks absolutely ridiculous. I can’t believe I wasn’t asked to retake it. Complete waste of time and money.

Very rude people. Specially the lady who takes care of the line. Seems that we can't bring kids because they're too annoying for her. Worse place I ever being in canada.

Great location. I use this place all the time. I've never experienced any employee being rude to me. Never have to wait long. Today, no wait at all. Kristen was extremely polite, professional, and quick. Was in and out in less than two minutes. Try and accomplish that at any other service Ontario location. Not a chance!

Great experience and super helpful service from "Lori'. She went out of her way to explain what I needed when renewing a new car licence that had erroneous insurance coverage. When I returned with the correct info, she waived me to wait for her since she was already knowledgeable on my issue and she swiftly finalized the issues and I was on my way quickly.
Friendly, helpful and efficient. Kudos to Lori for her pro-active attitude in providing knowledgeable advice and prompt processing. This is a great branch of Service Ontario. Well done.and thanks again.

I have come to this location twice now and both times I was in and out of there very quickly and the staff were very pleasant and helpful!

Never had a staff member be rude to me as some people on here have stated not sure about that one must be in how you have been to them i go here 6-8 times a year they are always helpfull funny up beat friendly
