We just left this Elmira location and had the most pleasant experience in all my Service Ontario visits and truly any service in general. The lady and gentleman who assisted us with our Health Card renewal were kind, helpful and fast. Luckily there was no line up and we were out in 4 minutes or less. We even had time to admire the cutest pup Mo Mo who was an absolute pleasure! I highly recommend this location and amazing service.

I want to personally say thank you to Sarah and her partner—they went above and beyond to help me, they took the time to explain everything so clear. I have never enjoyed going to Service Ontario as it is not usually welcoming. But here they were so friendly yet professional. I will never deal with a different location again. Thank you again.

Very competent service merging vehicle permit and drivers license and correcting name/title as well as address issues that another service Ontario station could not fix. Sara the operator/owner went above and beyond and even followed up by phone. Very professional, accurate, and efficient. Also while on hold for my issue Sara and her colleague helped others in parallel. Will come back even if it’s a bit of a drive. Thanks!

Great service. I had a number of transactions to do. They provided the paperwork and when I came back 2 weeks later they remembered me! Quick, informative, efficient customer service. They have an adorable 4 legged staff member. Thanks for being customer focused and helpful.

They told me to get my license number and mileage and then locked the door on me at 4: 58 as I was returning.classless operators!

The whole province is opening, but i suppose government buildings would rather stay home on pay than come in and service the town.

This is the second time I've attempted to get stickers renewed, both times in January.and they're closed again.contrary to what website says the hours should be. Just a sign on the door. Very unprofessional.

Anytime I go to do anything involving our friends at Queens Park, I am always amazed by one thing: how byzantine it can be to get anything done.

In direct contrast to the Ontario Government's usual way of operating, this Service Ontario location is efficient and the staff truly excel at making things simple.

When I arrived, there was a line up consisting of 4 people in front of me. The staff appeared knowledgeable and were very good at understanding what a person wanted to do, and being clear when what was asked was or was not possible. One of the people became quite vocal and loud when they found out they needed some paperwork. The staff stayed calm and again tried to help the person. I thought the visit by this angry person was handled in a way that demonstrated great customer service skills.

For my own renewal, it was simple and easy and the staff performed it quickly. I don't know how the photograph will turn out since we can no longer smile, but I will definitely come back to this location!

All they cared about was their dog in the office not the line-up of people out the door.especially when the mother of the girl brought treats.then they had to stop working to play with the dog.very unprofessional

Friendly and Fast.where I live had a que of 30 people waiting outside before it even opened. I went here and was the only one there.

Could not have been easier! In and out with friendly service, thank goodness K-W has this location! It is THE BEST.

I had to wait for about 2 minutes, and the service was amazing compared to all of the Kitchener ones!
