In and out in 5 minutes for my health card renewal. This is the best Service Ontario office I have been to and will continue to come to. All I can say is AMAZING service. Fast, friendly, good parking. This is not 5 star it is 6 star.

They are very misbehaving and racist. The manager and supervisor there are liars and misbehaving. They do not respect the customer's priority.

I was in this location yesterday, It was very crowded there ، Suddenly, the supervisor came there and told everyone to go stand outside until it's your turn and everyone complained because it was cold outside and I left. In my opinion, this was a very bad behavior and the management there, should teach the staff To treat the customer well.

They don't even deserve single star.

First this is as dirty as it can get. Everywhere there is cobweb and dust. Doesnt look like this is in Canada. Staff could be more polite and trained in being service oriented. This place hardly looks like or represent our Canada.

Best thing about this place is they have employees speaking various languages. Not just English. Especially hindi and punjabi happy to see such diversity. Keep it up guys

I was at the location today since it’s open Saturdays, there was a line up but I was amazed on how fast it moved. When inside I was shocked that 3 staff members were able to keep the line moving at that speed. Very impressive and exceptional work at this location. Very efficient staff, operator #4 was very professional, informative and fast.

Did not had good experience at this particular location, i dont know if the staff is not properly trained or what but they did give me me correct information, so i had to go to a different service ontario with the same exact documents.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Closing time is 5 pm I was inside at 4: 45 pm. They waited till 5: 10 to tell me I wasn't on time. The supervisor R, she wouldn't even give me her name told a employee that was ready to help me she couldn't.

Very satisfied. Come here very early on the weekdays before 9am. I was able to renew my health card in minutes.

Super slow service and the employees are just chilling and roaming around instead of quickyl sorting out the problems

One of the few ServiceOntario offices opened on Saturday. There was a long line up and it took about an hour to make up to the kiosk. Once there the service was quick and excellent. Next time I will get there earlier!

Staff is so rude. The lady at the counter always seems to be rude. No respect for comers. Such a negative vibes showing up in canada.

Just a little note for everyone who’s holding work permit! This location doesn’t accept applications for health card here. I booked an appointment for this location 2 weeks ago and when the time came they told me we don’t accept applications for work permit. I wasted my time by coming over here.

These people don’t want to work. There re 5/6 girls inside still only one counter ws open super slow

Went to service Ontario and this one lady was so rude to everyone, she wanted everyone to wait outside in this heat and wouldn’t give a reason. Maybe she’s sleeping under a rock and didn’t realize the restrictions were lifted! When she was told it was hot out there she said she didn’t care. Someone needs to fire her! I usually don’t wish that upon people but for someone that doesn’t care for the well-being of tax payers who is paying her and run the risks of all of us to get heat stroke deserves to find a different occupation

I went there on the 22nd of June to get a UVIP. I was dreading the visit as most of the service Ontario's have long wait times and slow service. When I got there there was a line up outside with 4 people. The line up moved fast into the building, they had 6 people working behind the counter and they were quick, polite and helpful. I was assisted by Amrita and she was awesome! I got my UVIP, my health card renewed and my driver's licence renewed with new pictures and it was all done in less than 5 minutes. Thank my stars I chose this place! 5 star service from Amrita.

Worst place ever! Super long wait times.shortage of staff. You guys need to figure out something.

Great experience. Staff was good. Only line to get in. Once I was in it didn't take long to validate my plate sticker.

What a bad experience and service I received from the supervisor in charge of this office, a completely inefficient woman with no experience in customer service, I wonder how she can be a supervisor. I received better service from a trainee who explained in detail what I had to do since my English is not my greatest strength. They should update the supervisor's customer service course.

Perfect staff, I get all my work done with the girl who is on training still she is very kind nd generous that she told me that changing address on license nd ownership is free. Before I went to other centres, they charged. Really This is first centre where I find the perfect service in only 5 mints. Girl name is Madison. She is Awesome ️

I did not get the ServiceOntario Lady's name who helped me, but her agent number is 335. Thank you very much for all your help. I had went to 3 different service ontarios and they all kept giving me the run around. This agent 335 helped me out and made sure I left the center with all of my work completed. Would recommend this location to anyone who wants to get things done.

I had the appointment at this location and they said they can’t assist me due to limited access in their system & wanted me to rebook with other location. WTH? If you guys have no access then why even confirmed the appointment in first place. Total waste of time. Lack of professionalism.

The line up was not too big and moved fairly quickly. But the service was HORRIBLE. The representative had a demeaning attitude and definitely did not know how to speak to people. I asked her a simple question regarding something I read on the ServiceOntario website and she was extremely rude in her response.

She hesitated to give her name (for obvious reasons) but her operator number is G - Do not sign up for a customer service job if you don't like talking to/helping people. Never going here again.

There was a line up outside but moved reasonably fast. The CSR was very pleasant and I was out of there in 5 mins.

Worst experience ever, lady on the side desk was so rude, doesn’t even have sense how to talk with customers.

Pathetic would be the best word to describe this place and the management. 50 people waiting in line for over an hour, owner Louisa Angel comes out and cuts everyone off saying you will not be served. This was before closing time and everyone who waited had their time wasted. Rude, unprofessional and shouldn't even be running a lemonade stand.
Doesn't even deserve one star.

Service is very good and employees are giving the perfect knowledge without wasting your time. I am happy because their was no line up today.

I called the general information line to inquire about a driver's test, like it says to do on the website, and I waited a minute half just to tell me to call another number. The message was hard to understand and was an honest waste of time.

My first time at this office, and it was quite positive. Having made an appointment prior, I was served on time and had a pleasant young lady, Ashley, help me out with my paperwork.

I went to renew my DL. It was not too busy. The service was fast. I was in and out in 15 mins. No complaints

Better than previous experience. Though there was a line up but that moved and cleared up fast.

Under new management and they are doing a wonderful job. Even though during tough times of Covid-19, they are following protocol and doing their best to keep everyone safe while providing great customer service to meet your needs. They are well organized and the wait isn't long. In my opinion, this is the #1 Service Ontario in the Peel Region and I highly recommend everyone to go here. Disclaimer: Not all services can be catered here, if there is a big line up, ask if they can assist you before lining up to save your time.

I have been going there for 15 years.

First and the worst experience. Poor customer service. The one of the lady does not have sense how to deal with customers. All she know is how to yell without listening to others. Even not worth 1 star. Get some lessons how to be polite while working and talking to others.

Visited at 11am on a thursday

This is the best service Ontario in the GTA I have visited, and given Covid times, this should be a 10/5.

Their system is super efficient. A short line before you get screened to see if you have all the required documents. Once you have everything in order, you are given a number, and it's a short wait to see someone at the counter.

By screening before you get a number, they save a lot of wasted time at the counter so that the people waiting are ready to go and get served as quickly as possible.

These people are in desperate need of healthy competition.

I recently attended this location a three times. The guy who seems to be a supervisor, who identified himself as operator "g", was involved in petty confrontations with clients twice in this time.both times he told the costumers not leave and not come back. Once he phoned police! These were situations that could have been easily resolved, unfortunately he chose to be ignorant instead.

People were standing in the line when they told everyone that it's going to be another extra hour of lunch break. Atleast they should stop taking more people after 12. So that people are not wasting their time.

I don't often write a review of a government service office.but wow.

This location is a franchiseprivatized location and it shows. They are SUPER efficient. I went last week (During COVID) because I needed to a do a vehicle transfer and plate purchase.

I was greeted at the door by a screener who not only asked the standard COVID questions, but also made sure all at my documents where in order, and give me a clip board to step outside to finish one or two items before i got a number. Once that was done, he gave me a number and i was talking to a agent in 5 minutes or less. Because the documents where ready and pre-screened the agent was able to very quickly do my transaction and out the door i went.

I was able to the entire transaction star to finish in 20 minutes! I have never been through a Service Ontario this quickly.

I am not saying that you will only spend 20 minutes total, but it was quick, efficient and never a wasted movement by the gentlemen at the door keeping everyone moving and screening documents. Great Job

I only come to this location in brampton because they are the fastest and they answer all of my questions and concerns, Especially Prashant!

I came to this location to renew my health card before it got expired. They gave me my current health card back with a hole on the card and said it is valid for 30days. They did not give me any paper. I have not got my new health card yet. Now I am at doctor's chamber and they said it is not a valid health card and service ontario suppose to provide a paper (which they did not). Doctor will not see my untill I provide a that paper. Now whose fault is this? I am surprised a place like Service Ontario could do this mistake!

I find this location often the fastest of the brampton location. It is not a government run location, so does not provide all services. For vehicle matters go here.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to get my stuff renewed. From past experience, the staff haven’t always been so friendly. But today was a good day to get stuff renewed.

I experienced fast friendly service from a nice lady today for a busy Saturday of a long weekend with so many people waiting and listening for their number to be called. Even with such a small place they really do serve alot of people fast as they can. Very good experience today thank you!

This location of service ontario provided most services. The waiting time was reasonable. Well organized and responsive. Convenient location for people living in brampton and near the airport.

Had a really bad experience.the red haired manager was way too rude.acted as if she ruled the whole world and we were her slaves standing in line! Really disappointing!

Juz giving 1 star bcs i dont have a option. Need to complete the review. But serive is pretty fast but the staff especially the black women over there doesn’t have any sense to talk, she is so rude like she owns this place. Firstly she needs to be polite bcs she is in customer service. If a new person doesn’t know about the thing u can explain them, rather talking rude to them. I know its not gonna effect these people but for my concern i prefer the other location.
