Don't go to this location if you have Lost a spouse and need new ownership for your vehicle. Was given the worse advice ever. Women told to get a certificate of Trustee because they would not accept my husbands Will. Lawyer said it was a holographic Will and should have taken it. Women was not very compassionate and said this is the way it is. Lawyer advice was go to another Service Ontario. Went to Division street. No problem Louis was fantastic and so was the man at information. Bright clean lots of staff, clean. All the paperwork done with a kind compassionate person and guided me threw the whole paperwork process with ease. This staff member need to be trained reguarding Estates.at Bath road location. It's hard enough losing your partner and the way you treated me you should be ashamed of yourself. I will never set foot in that place again. I will drive the extra to the other location just to be treated with respect.

Lights burnt out, homemade signs everywhere. The place hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Staff are rude and condescending! Place has gone down hill. No customer service at this location!

The ladies at this service Ontario are absolutely positive wonderful. 200% better then the location on 1201 division st.

If you’re not doing something straightforward, go to the one on Division.
Stuffs at this location are unprofessional and got so many personal opinions to make the processes become difficult.

1) They don’t know military can keep their id valid during posting outside of Canada. 2) We wanted to put a mailing address in Quebec which is different than living address. They first said only military can do this - which WE ARE.then they tried to convince that the address will stay on file for a while balabalabala - that’s our parent’s home, we don’t mind!

The one on Division is way more professional. They know what they are doing.

I was in line at 8: 55 am. The door opened right at 9: 00 am, the woman at the door took time to ask what people were there for and direct them as necessary (a sort of triage) and I was out in 5 minutes after renewing driver's license and health card with a picture. Very efficient.

My health card expired, just went to renew it and the blue haired lady gave me attitude because it's over 2yrs expired. I have to go to the Division street location to renew it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! There sign says you have to treat them with respect but they speak to you however they want. I'd rather drive to Toronto then deal with them again!

Was fine. The staff worked as fast as they could. This particular location has alot of vintage license plates on the walls (no longer in circulation/active). It makes for a fun visit when you do have to wait. A look through history.

My wallet was lost/stolen and the employee who helped me with the Driver's and health card card could
not have been more helpful
took several pictures for the
license and followed protical (he was not allowed
to show me)
the daylilies along the pavement were lovely but swarming with wasps
That could be a problem for people with allergies

Registered a vehicle and paid my fees because I like a functioning society. Also ladies were nice and helpful.

Was dealt with emediately with courtesy and directed to appropriate people with my matters. Generally don't care for service places that are similar. But I was thoroughly impressed by my experience and help that I needed.

The staff is super helpful and super courteous. Will help you with all your queries and questions about any of the services.

Depends who serves you. Manager on duty speaks extremely rude to taxpayers. She must not understand that because of us she has a job. I asked about a ticket reference number and she got so mad that I didn't understand why there isn't a ticket number attached that she lost her attitude on me. She spoke insanely rude and loud, and kept saying how it's a private run business. Maybe it's hers? Doesn't seem like a representative of our couuntry, sounded more like a disgruntled business owner. All mto should be 100% government owned and operated to prevent negtitive women like this from efftvicing the community. My local MPP and premier have been contacted. Respect is the only option. When dealing with taxpayers in a service such as this. Leave your personal problems at home or work in the private sector away from Humam interaction!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was nobody in the office to be served and yet I had to stand and wait for the personal conversation to come to an end before one of the 2 Reluctantly offered to help.when I explained I was returning my mothers health card because she passed away, she looked at me with disgust because she actually had to work. I will never go to that location again no matter how convenient it is. Its worth the drive across town to Kingslake Plaza to get people who treat you with respect and can show a little compassion!
