I enjoyed working with SERVPRO. I found them upfront and honest about the amout of work needed to be done. And I have given their contact information to others in my situation.

We had a flood that damaged our entire basement. Other businesses were too busy to help with the content filled nightmare we had, but ServPro Barrie came from provinces away to provide our house with the damage mitigating measures we needed, while also lining up other professionals to help us through the content and disposal. We are in a better situation because of their responsiveness and knowledge. The staff was professional and friendly, and their expertise made decisions easier, giving us confidence that the right measures were taken. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any emergency/mold situation!

I was very happy with the work done by Servpro. They responded quickly, were professional and the job is done!

We hired this company to eradicate a mold problem that was discovered when we had our kitchen demoed. There was a large concentrated spot of black mold on the ceiling that had been covered by our old kitchen cabinets. They came and took pictures of every room in the house including the attic. They never actually went up into the attic to check the area above where the mold spot was. The tech told me someone from their office would call me later that same day to discuss the findings. I did not receive a call, so I called them a few days later. I was very disappointed to hear that they were too busy to come back and actually do my job. They said because of all the rain we recently had they were only attending flood calls. After several more phone calls pleading with them, they finally sent someone out. All he did was cut out the mold spot. No inspection of the attic or replacement of the contaminated insulation. When I called the office to complain and see when someone would return to finish the job they told me that I hired them, and I quote, to 'cut out the mold spot from the ceiling'. I told them I hired them to do a complete job, whatever that entailed, not just cut a hole in my ceiling. I was told a supervisor would call me to discuss the matter. Guess what. No one called us back. We received a bill for $448. I guess I should've just taken a friend up on his offer to cut it out free. That's basically all I got from this company for $448.

Excellent Job by the Servpro team. They came in and restored/thermo fogged/deep cleaned a home that was heavily smoked in for many years. Highly recommend them to do a tough job that a regular cleaning service could not handle. Thank you Servpro Team

Servpro responded within 15 mins of our call to my mothers home in Innisfil when a neighbor found a leak in my mothers basement while my mom was in the hospital! They supplied all the paperwork needed by the insurance company and made the whole experience effortless on our end. I really can’t say enough good things about this company. I have used Servpro in the past in our home in Gravenhurst. I am happy to say the Barrie location continued to impressed me and come through for us once again. Thank you Servpro and anyone out there who is unsure what to do if you get a flood just call them and they will walk you through the process.
