Excellent service for my water damage repair/ cleanup. Response time, quality of work and professionalism. Highly recommend if you find your self in this situation.

Horrible communication and unprofessional business practices. I recommended SERVPRO Mississauga to my elderly parents based on their glowing reviews here, but their lack of communication and blatant misinformation about their inspection invoicing process left my parents having to find another service.
My parents were originally informed that SERVPRO would come to their home and perform a thorough inspection of their attic spaces after an Enbridge contractor had found evidence of mold. They were told that the inspection fee would be included in the cost of the cleanup if my parents opted to go with them, and if not, it would cost approximately $200.
They sent over someone who did a decent job of the inspection and found black mold in both attic spaces. My parents were told that they would be provided with a detailed quote for the cleanup within the next few days.
My parents waited two full weeks without any communication from SERVPRO. At the end of two weeks, an invoice arrived in the mail for an inspection fee in the amount of $175 + tax, dated on the very day the inspection was performed. No attempt to contact my parents with a quote had been made by SERVPRO during that time.
My father called them the day after and was informed by an administrator that they would have to pay the inspection fee first in order to get the quote.
That is blatantly not what they were originally told about the invoicing and quotation process, and the initial communication by SERVPRO was misleading at best and outright deception at worst.
I wholeheartedly recommend against using their services if this is how they conduct themselves,

These guys at servpro are fantastic! My hot water heater exploded in my basement. Mario showed up within an hour and started working to cleanup the damage. His team was so good, they even brought us coffee every morning.

Mario and his team were quick to arrive to help us out and did an excellent, thorough clean up job. Very professional and friendly throughout the process and happily answered all of questions and concerns. We knew we were in good hands. Thanks again!

After having my new sink installed poorly creating a flood in my kitchen, Servpro was able to come quickly to do the flood clean up in time for a planned party and preventing any water damage. I would highly recommend them very professional, affordable and super fast response time! Thank you!

Greg from Servpro has been great to work with. We unfortunately had an unexpected kitchen fire, and I'm so glad that we had Servpro to help us through this entire process. Greg was such a blessing and helped to calm us down during what felt like the end of the world for us. I recommend their services 100 percent.

My dishwasher flooded my kitchen and dining room and Servpro showed up in less then an hour and got my place cleaned up quickly.
