Wonderful place incredible clean and professional tattoo artists, great energy, Asai was amazing and really professional through the process of my Tattoo, so far the best studio in Toronto!

I was lucky enough to have Asai do my first tattoo almost 10 years ago and I haven’t stopped, I instantly felt that it was more than just going to a studio and getting a tattoo.
Asai immediately made me feel comfortable and like we’ve known each other for years.
His beautiful stories, incredible talent and precision plus his insane knowledge of art, books and life made for a beautiful friendship and many tattoo experiences.
Watching Seven Eight grow has been a pleasure, Asai creates a warm almost therapeutic vibe. His staff and fellow tattoo enthusiasts are always so friendly and welcoming! Definitely a place you want to check out!

Amazing tattoo studio in Toronto! I had the pleasure of getting a flash done from Roman and it was overall a very positive experience!

Roman was able to squeeze me in for a very last minute appointment over the past long weekend during my visit. Not only was he accommodating, kind and super chill, it made to be a very smooth process altogether! I was pretty nervous getting a rib piece done for the very first time but Roman and the Seven Eight guys ensured to create a calming atmosphere where I could be comfortable for the entire session.

Treated my husband to a tattoo of our feisty cat from Roman. The experience was top notch from beginning to end. We were both thrilled with the custom portrait he created and the final product. You can tell Roman really cares about his craft and his clients.

Very cozy studio with beautiful art all around. From the slippers you wear when you enter to the plants and tea. Asai is a wonderful artist who is really passionate about making art that flows with the body. Would highly recommend if you're looking for clouds, waves, or anything really that flows with the body. I've also seen some beautiful Japanese inspired dragons from other artists at the shop.

I’ve gotten tattoos from Roman twice now at Seven Eight (one which is in progress). The studio is gorgeously decorated with beautiful artwork and plants, and is very clean. Roman took the time to educate me on proper aftercare for both tattoos, helped me decide on the best placement and was very collaborative in the design process. He is a lovely human, with impeccable linework to boot. Definitely would recommend visiting!

The shop is such an amazing vibe! I love the aesthetics. They are so calming. Roman was so friendly and did such an AMAZING job! The rest of the team is so nice and approachable. You always feel welcomed here.

The atmosphere was great. Normally I’d have headphones in for a 4 hour session, but because of the great accommodation of the staff, and great atmosphere, I did a full 6 hour session with no headphones. They have very talented staff that caters to different styles for different people! A very unique experience, and I’d recommend Seven Eight Tattoos over and over again.

I got a lovely harpy design by Roman, and I'm absolutely in love with my tattoo! It was on a very sensitive spot on my ribs and Roman took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. He gives a great tattooing experience, from start to finish. Very professional, communicative, and a damn good artist! I had an awesome experience being tattooed by Asai at Seven Eight Tattoo. The beautiful studio is very welcoming, with a friendly and calming vibe provided by all the artists. Asai created the perfect design to cover up a pre-existing flower tattoo. His serene demeanour from start to finish helped me to feel even more trust than had already been established during the consultation process. I LOVE my peony tattoo by Asai which looks wonderful beside the little (previously done) hummingbird beside it. The design of the peony flower compliments the shape of my arm and I am so pleased with the gorgeous colours he chose. Even more important for me, the proportion and vibrancy of the peony by Asai together with the (previously done) bird now tell a story which is important and meaningful to me. Asai checked in with me often as he was working to make sure I was doing well. I am so very grateful to Asai for this stunning piece and this lovely experience. I am very much looking forward to working with Asai again.
