Seven Women Maternity provides the level of service and quality I expect from retail! A real solutions provider for maternity, and beyond! I was hesitant about spending on maternity clothes, but the Wild Bloom dress and 'Make my Belly Fit' universal jacket adaptor I bought are made in soft, quality, comfortable materials with such versatile styling. I'll be able to wear these items for years. The sales staff spent one-on-one time with me over the phone alleviating my doubts about how a universal adaptor can actually work for all my zippered coats. They shipped the products cross country in just a few days, at no charge to my rural home. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

1 star is generous for this company. Buyers BEWARE and DO NOT purchase from Seven Women. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and purchased a maternity wedding dress. What should have been a happy and exciting experience has been nothing but a headache, tears, and stress. Not only did they send me the wrong dress they refuse to refund the $630.75. They falsely advertise their products and sizes on their website and then come at you with sorry "final sale". Please spare yourself the stress, poor customer service, and awful communication and DO NOT BUY from this place! Their a bunch of liers and crooks. Thanks a lot Seven Heartless Women for the awful experience.

No I was never looking for a free dress in fact I said I would be more than happy to pay the extra for the dress I wanted. If it was a final sale then why did Stephanie Ingram approve to change the dress to a long sleeve Isabella dress as the picture I had screen shot and sent her from THE SEVEN WOMEN website?
As far as confirmation regarding sizes, Stephanie Ingram simply left me at "stay tuned" which I did.and never heard back until I received a completely different dress on my door step.
I was willing to pay the extra to receive the dress I wanted. As my partner had to order directly from Tiffany Rose and we received the dress in a couple of days. Stephanie Ingram could have made this right but instead caused me SO much stress before our big day and while being 7 1/2 months pregnant. Are you so evil? Or is this some sick joke to put a pregnant woman through?
I received a COMPLETELY random oversized dress they were not able to sell from their inventory. After calling multiples times and speaking to Cindy and Stephanie Ingram I was very rudely hung up on. If you weren't wanting to help me all I asked for Is to return the dress I DID NOT ORDER and have our money refunded. You're cold hearted theifs and this is WRONG. As you're website states a "hassle free" return policy. In fact, incouraging women to order multiple sizes and return the ones that don't fit. So why put me through this nightmare? It didn't matter that I pleaded with Stephanie Ingram in tears over the phone she simply hung up on me and said she had "customers to attend to" I guess once they have a hold of you're money you don't matter. You Seven Women Maternity and Stephanie Ingram are just awful humans. Shame on you. This IS WRONG. NO WHERE DURING CHECKING OUT ON YOU'RE WEBSITE DID IT MENTION "FINAL SALE" that was something you threw in after. JUST BE GOOD HUMANS AND PLEASE TAKE YOU'RE DRESS BACK AND GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. STOP BEING SO EVIL AND DO THE RIGHT THING. You're a Maternity clothing company who shouldn't be putting pregnant women through this. I guess it must be as easy as stealing candy from a baby for you. I'm not sure how you all sleep at night.

The worst collection shop. They have nothing to show. The quality is totally garbage and charging too much. The lady manages the store doesn't know how to speak with the customers. Never come here!

I went to this shop looking for nice tops for work. Jennifer was extremely helpful! She was able to suggest some styles and helped find clothing in different sizes. She even suggested some nice bras and a pair of dress pants for me! I ended up buying 3 tops, 1 dress pants and 2 bras. My fiancee and I had a very pleasant experience here and will be back if I need more maternity clothes:).

I had an awesome experience and Jen was particularly very helpful as I was picking stuff for the first time for my wife who is currently in a hot and humid climate.

Ordered two dresses online. Was called and told they are sold out and would get back to me with alternatives. Never got back to me. I have called several times since and no word back and now the occasion I needed the dresses for has past. Still no word about the dresses or a refund.

We visited the Thornhill store a couple of days ago, Stephanie helped us through the process. Great place to shop with knowledgable and helpful staff.

The best maternity shop I could find it Toronto. Carries clothes from a number of shops located in US and Europe. You will find the staff super helpful with tips, sizing and suggestions. The only feedback I have is that they could organize the shop a little bit better. It feels crowded and overwhelming.

The lady working at the store was so helpful. We were in there for over an hour and she was patient and kind. All of the clothes were good quality, 10/10 would shop here again

The staff were so incredibly helpful! I was buying a dress for my wedding but wasn’t sure what size I’d be as it was several months out. So they insisted I keep the dress there and come in closer to the date to decide on a size to ensure it was perfect, rather than taking it home and not being able to return it. They held it for me for weeks with no issues. Thanks again! The dress was beautiful!

This was the greatest store ever! I have struggles to find professional maternity wear and this place has it all! Jennifer was so helpful! The clothes are so comfortable! I feel confident in all of them! I am so excited to wear them all!

I was waiting in line to purchase an item while the salesperson or owner of the store kept talking to the couple in front of me. Even though the store was closing in a few minutes, the lady kept talking to the couple for about 10 minutes not acknowledging that I was waiting in line. This is not good customer service. When the couple finally left, I asked the salesperson when they will get the pants I liked in my size in stock again, and her response was vague. She said that the store will receive it in 2 weeks. I asked her if she knows what day it will be. She said, “No. ” I asked if they can put it on hold for me as this was my second time visiting the store for the same item, and her response was that she can’t do that. Meanwhile, I overheard her tell the couple who was in front of me that she will call them when the item they requested will arrive in the store. That was a disappointing experience.

This is my first pregnancy and it was so nice being able to come in and try on clothes instead of shopping online. Stephanie was so helpful and lovely she made me feel super comfortable and had so much knowledge of which sizes would work for me I would highly recommend coming in and checking them out.

My wife was struggling to find worn wear - she found the best stuff here! She also found some fun tops and dresses to wear out in the summer! She is so happy - the service is also amazing!

Low quality of the product. We bought a dress that turned out to be a factory defect. This was discovered at home after the purchase. The store refused to make an exchange, refund or offer any other option to solve this problem. Moreover, I was accused of the fact that the dress was already worn, citing as proof that it was rumpled. Dear shop, a fabric consisting of 100% viscose has the feature of crumpling even when you try it on. All labels and return rules were observed by me. I really do not recommend this store. Unpleasant impressions about the attitude to the buyer. Tags never removed. And it was 6 days before I get to store again, because I was busy with my business.
And please don’t bother us again with any kind of explanation.
