In June, I had a crown fall out & went to have it put back on. In September, it came off again so I went back to have it put back on again & was charged $130. Does this mean if it comes off again, they will charge me. They used to guarantee their work but it looks like it is turning into a money grabbing establishment. Looks like it is time to find a new Dentist. We have been a long time Client too.
Worst experience EVER! 2 years later and I am still traumatized by the work done. I DO NOT recommend this dental center at all! My advice is: STAY AWAY if you value your teeth!
I have read some of the bad reviews and I have to say I have not had anything close to their experience. Total night and day. I needed a surgery done no other dentist would see me without milking me for money by stretching out the visits. This was the only place that saw me and treated me right away. If they didn’t I would probably have ended up in the emergency. The level of care and attention to detail here is much more then anywhere else I have seen. Everyone is super nice and understanding.
Sewells Dental Center was one of the best places I went to. They didn't come across money hungry or hustlers like i experienced with other dentists. The receptionist was very friendly and the hygienist Stephanie was amazing. She explained things thoroughly to me and she was great to get along with. I also appreciated the diversity there!
All of the reviews here are very true up until Dr. Nabi sold his practice. Our entire extended family has been seeing him ever since he started at this location. Unfortunately, it appears the new dentist and her staff are eager to recoup the investment they made asap. They claim not to have your chart, have you fill a new one. The trick behind this is to have you take new XRays, undergo cleaning even though you may have done it recently. And they almost force you into it. I have seen visibly distraught patient being yelled at by the dentist. Naive patients succumb to this, however we will be choosing a new dentist. This practice is doomed to fail unless they change their management style.
Dr Nabi and his staff are friendly and professional. They make you feel comfortable and they really make your visits less stressful. Dr. Nabi is awesome. Thank you.
I have been searching for a dentist who is patient and who doesn't look at only the "almighty dollar". Dr. Nabi is AMAZING. He cares. When you meet him and speaks with him you can see that he cares. He is an all around down to earth kind of guy. He puts your mind at ease and takes the time to get to know you. The staff is friendly and polite. Even if you're nervous, Dr. Nabi make you feel better. He's the best, Sewells Dental Center is the place for me.
Dr. Nabi is a great doctor and he is takes great care with his patients. He has always provided me with solid care and advice. I have been going to Sewell's Dental for year and I have noticed that the customer service from the front desk has improved in the recent months as well.
I don't like the idea of going to a dentist but if I have to go then, this is the place. Dr Nabi is excellent at his skill and does all procedures with minimum discomfort making them seem like a piece of cake and he is very polite and friendly. The clinic is super clean and the whole atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend him.
Noticed they did not response to this but they did to others a black loving man I will not go back to this racist place 10 year customer and I have PROOF OF THIS got two fillings done was charged for a root canal and a filling they owed my money back it took 4 months for me to receive my money back some of the ladies that work there are racist people they acted as if it was there money and did not want to pay me back I will not be going back lost days off work trying to get my money they keep telling g me to come in and when I did no one knew how to reverse a payment
Very poor customer service. The receptionist Edna was very rude and would not answer any of my questions. I felt so disrespected with her responses and she made me regret my decision of going to that dental office. I have to mention that they also made a mistake in booking me in for an appointment and by the end of the appointment I only got XRAYS done. They told me unfortunately that they don't have the new schedule for the dentists working next week and don't know who will be there. Now I am left with XRAYS and I have to find a new dentist to deal with my issue. Waste of time. I would not go there again nor recommend anyone to as well. They book too many people in and there's not enough staff. I called the clinic multiple times to ask for the owner's information to discuss the service, and they refused to give it to me (I felt like they purposely avoided the question). Instead they ignored me and said " I will deal with it, send an email". POOR MANAGEMENT.

Dr. Nizz is awesome with kids she is patient and does attend to them in a timely manner before they start feeling uncomfortable.so also, Sonia and Maheen were professional too booking was fast.
The staff was very nice and informative. However our appointment was for 11: 30 am and my wife wasnt seen until 1 pm. We waited 1.5 hour for them to set up the room. The place appears to be clean.
