Sgt Splatters Paintball

For a first timer the experience was a littke unnerving. Overall the people were fun and the experience didnt seem to lack any substance. The staff did seem a little at the end of their rope but that may have been due to how late in the day we were. TLDR; great experience and a good time.

Played paintball for the first time ever here and had a great time. They provide all the equipment you will need to play the game.

Very helpful and friendly staff, came here with 10 friends for a birthday party amazing time. Would recommend!

Horrible experience was super muddy, the place was very poorly managed and the management was extremely rude. I was coughing none stop because of how unsanitary this place is. Do not go, spend ur money elsewhere.

It’s quite fun and the price was decent but before you go just remember to bring some boots or some old shoes that you are willing to get very dirty because a lot of the mud there is quite wet so it will get on your shoes easily

Great but the blue shoe cover got off after 2 minutes in there. BRING SHOES THAT WILL CAN GET DIRTY

The Indian lady with the birthmark on her forehead who was the cashier was very disrespectful and followed us around cause we’re black. Don’t come here unless you want to get watched like a bad person.

If you want to have fun on your birthday or just on a normal day/weekend go to this place. It great. My kids loved it and they had a blast. Very reasonable prices.

Mud and Poor Lighting.

There are a lot of other problems but those are the biggest ones.

Overall Good, the feild is very muddy and absolutely caked in wet paintballs. A pressure wash occasionally would help a lot. Not sure if the lighting is intentionally dim, the equipment worked well and over all a good experience. With the mud, it just makes some spaces unusable as you just sink into it.

The mud makes playing borderline impossible. It's almost ankle deep, very slippery, and creates a suction effect when you step in it- my shoes fully came off multiple times.

Some of the other recent reviews did mention the mud, but good lord I was not expecting it to literally cover the entire arena, nor was I expecting it to be so.absolutely foul.

If you do go, wear a pair of shoes you're confident will stay on and are okay with being covered in mud.

The staff were both lovely, especially the guy with the blond hair (did not catch his name.zach?), and the half off Mon/Tues pricing made it quite affordable, but unfortunately the arena is just really bad.

Refs were nice, and explained everything. They need to fix the field, way too much mud which makes moving around very difficult. Shoes almost came off a couple times running and stepping in quick sand. Will not be back due to this.

Always have a great time, big shout out to V & her colleague they were both awesome they kept the games going fast with no down time which is always appreciated. The fields could use some new sand but still a great time overall and isn’t over crowded. Looking forward to next time.

Recently tried Sgt Splatters out with a group of 10 kids for a birthday. The staff were terrific. The gear was great. Onboarding was really smooth and efficient. The playfield was also really well designed and fun to play in. The only challenge was that parts of the playfield were soft and deep mud, and the mud was caked on stairs. This made rapid movement kind of hard and frankly a little precarious, so the games were kind of restrained. Definitely recommend wearing combat boots so you can slop around without worrying about ruining running shoes. And the facility should really scrape wet mud off stairs and ramps at the end of the day.

Hosted my daughter's 11th birthday party there. The place is nice overall, and I had lots of fun.

The kids.not so much. The main complaint is the pain from being hit by regular paintballs even though all of them had thick clothes underneath. The place (understandably) doesn't offer microball option.

You might want to look elsewhere if you are planning a birthday party for younger kids. But for older ones and above, this is a very good option.

This place is ok, but there is a worker that ruin our first time by playing in one of our session althought it was an open game.while he had his own gear, extra balls, and claims he didnt see peoples hands go up when he kept shooting and shooting. Never returning here again.

Floors are literally like a half foot deep mud in a lot of places (indoor) but the layout is cool.
Not that good if your taller smoked my head on the roof cuz it was so low going downstairs

This feild has gotten really bad over time. I'm a gun owner and been playing hear on and off for 3 years. My most recent time I fell multiple times while playing because the ground on the feild is horrible. It sucks because the works and the people that play here are great.

Hosted my child's 13th birthday there on a Sunday morning (it was nice and quiet!). The kids had a blast once they got the hang of things. They played a couple of private rounds and then a couple of public rounds where the adult players were very kind to them (thank you!). Staff were very nice and patient. It's quite messy (mud?) so wear old shoes. You're provided with coveralls and a mask/helmet. Heads up that the pellets may cause bruising.one guest got hit in the neck and it looked pretty bad but he's ok! A tip I wish I had known - wear something to protect your neck. The gallery viewing area is located upstairs as are the party rooms. I rented a party room and in retrospect, I really didn't need it. There's a large enough common area in the gallery. If you're hosting a kids party, you bring your own drinks. I should have brought a pitcher of water/asked kids to bring water bottles for breaks between games. The pizza was delivered in a timely manner. Last tip - it's cash only (there's a bank machine there) but I have a low cash limit on my bank card so they let me e-transfer. Thanks again to the staff for a great time!

Visited for their special offer. Kids were excited but they didn't honor their offer.
