Entirely uncommunicative towards his client. Wouldn't reply to his texts. My partner didn’t know when court dates were unless i told him what victim witness told me. Shaffie told my partner he filed for bail variation long ago but victim witness told me that was not true causing a huge storm to occur in our lives. I still have the recording of what victim witness said yet he continues to lie. The mental health worker Shaffie connected him to (Lisa Boyle) is an absolute fraud and has no idea what she is doing. Very strange. Shaffie law has been unprofessional, unfortunately. I do not recommend. My biggest regret is choosing him as my partner's lawyer.

I couldn’t recommend Shayan more highly. I never had any interactions with the “justice” system before. When my I got word my husband was incarcerated and looking at hard time, like double digits kinda time- I was broken. It left me more alone than I had ever been. With 3 daughters and bills to pay. I was wrongfully charged with a DUI in early 2018. It was my second offence so the Crown said they would ask for jail if I had a trial. Before I met Shayan I spoke to number of DUI lawyers who all told me I should plead guilty. Shayan was different. He took the time to explain my case, including what made it so complicated, and made me feel like I was in good hands.
