I called the store this morning to arrange flowers for a funeral. Ms. Asmita who answers the phone was very kind and very patient taking my order.

Called made the order early morning via phone got the Florist designs choice for mothers day standard in a vase for my mom.

They were very courteous, patient, professional and friendly.

Delivery came same day in the evening and she absolutely loved loved love it. It's so gorgeous. They really have a great touch.

Meant so much you can tell thought went into it and im truly greatful.

I paid $113 for a wedding bouquet, the lady described it would have a golden wrap with a ribbon and asked to come back later for pickup as it wasn’t ready. Someone else went to pick it up for me and they gave a regular bouquet without any wrap or ribbon that you can find at walmart for $25. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Ordered flowers from the US for Valentine’s Day. Called the store numerous times and at first they were dodging our phone calls and when they finally answered, we were told that they do not guarantee delivery for Valentine’s Day then why do you sell a service if you cannot provide it. Got a call at 8 PM that they lost contact with the delivery driver. Horrible service do not recommend.

Absolutely love this place. They have many flower arrangements which will steal your mind. The owners and staff are friendly. Well kept shop and lots of choices available for every occasion and budget.

Just was there for flower arrangement pickup. They are preparing for Christmas holidays. Visit them soon and they also bring special items for Valentine's, Mother's day and Father's day.

They also serve clients during their loss of loved ones, offering great variety of sympathy and funeral arrangements.

I started using Shalimar Flower Shop ever since 2012. My first experience with them was for my wedding, where they did a beautiful job with my flower arrangements, including bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquet. Ever since I’ve used them on occasions and for special events and have never been disappointed. Their quality of service and attention to detail is what keeps me coming back! They are accommodating and offer great, fast and convenient online services as well, which I’ve had the pleasure of using with fantastic success! Cheers to supporting our local businesses!

They were very responsive to my phone enquiries prior to my order. They offered a free upgrade after ordering, when the container for my flowers was out of stock. The delivery was quick. The flowers were beautiful!

Be very careful in dealing with this place at anytime and specially at emergencies. Absolutely ridiculously charged for the sudden death of my father in law's funeral, when we bought two garlands for the departure event of funeral. This flower place takes full advantage of the situation to make money. Just two garlands were poorly done and not worth of $215 we paid. We look forward to the value for money and it was turned into their opportunity gaining. Please be careful and browse other places before you decide at anytime. Just a piece of advise, from my experience.

This store is a fantastic location to shop. They provide amazing customer service and stunning floral arrangements. This is my favorite flower shop, and I highly recommend it for all of your floral needs!

The website was very easy to use and secure. They didn’t have the exact flowers that I saw online. They called me to confirm the changes they were making to my order. The arrangement turned out beautifully. They filled and delivered my order before I even excepted to arrive! A lovely shop to deal with.

I paid over $200 for the same quantity and quality flowers as Sobeys for $59.99. Sobeys included a Vase at their price too. Look at the photos and tell me if this is worth $211 and keep in mind the vase was not included! I expected a better arrangement for the price. I hate when companies like this take advantage of mothers days / Valentine's day rush. I reached out to the company to give them a chance to comment before I left this review, No Response so obviously they do not care about their customers.

Beautiful arrangement, just as expected. My friend loved them and said they filled her home with fragrance. She sent me a video so I was able to see how beautiful the flowers were. The website was easy to use and communication was great. They sent an e-mail to let me know when the delivery was on its way. Thank you Shalimar!

I called about 30 mins before going there I was told $5 for single lillys and when I got there I was told $7 I don't care to much it was only $2 per flower then taxes and still bought them. I just don't like being lied to, to get me there and then told different when there!

Thanks for answering. I totally forgot your shop, just randomly saw it in my pics while removing old mobile data. I was in Brampton for some reason, living in Niagra falls. Thought, will not be able to make it until ships close over there. See this shop randomly went in. Waited for around 10 min, it was near to closing time, none of the boys were willing to help me or guide me. By knowing their intentions and rude faces I left the shop and later got my bouquet as well as big bear from Oakville superstore where it was recommended by one friend on the way, only place to get this stuff after 9 and it was a wise decision. Got is cheap, got it big. Anyhow thanks for reply. No worries. Life goes on. Cheers

Customer service: , Flower arrangement: I'm just leaving a very honest review and it's obviously very subjective so please refer to this review with a grain of salt. I ordered a Birthday Design (Deluxe) for $85, which came to $101.69 after standard service charge (tip), $5 discount, tax, 0 delivery fee. I first thought it was reasonable until I saw the photos of the flowers from my friend who I ordered the service for. I'm pretty content with the service itself, how punctual/prompt the delivery was. In fact the birthday lady loved the surprise and was very happy, which made me happy. It's a great service offered in the middle of pandemic where small gatherings are not allowed so I'm very thankful for the delivery. However, I honestly wish the flower arrangement had turned out a lot better. I ordered the florist's choice of birthday design because I wanted to trust their judgement and creativity but the outcome doesn't seem to meet the expectations. The colours, decorations.all of them look very old fashioned like from 80's or something. I particularly emailed them saying my friend's turning 40 wishing them to design it accordingly but I don't know what they thought. I do regret not having picked a particular design from the website because most of the options I see look a lot better than what I paid for. It's embarrassing how mine turned out like this compared to all the photos I see from the reviews. I picked "seasonal flowers" as a theme (?) but not sure if they're all seasonal. Look how there's barely flowers in the back.it's just very poorly arranged and I'm genuinely disappointed. I am sorry that I can't give you more than one star for your hard work but I just can't be more generous than leaving one star for the design. I just can't. It's amazing that you made the delivery on time and all, but it's the flower arrangement that's the most important here.

Great selection, even better customer service. They were able to accommodate my special request. Pretty fast too considering I needed a custom bouquet asap. Highly recommend!

I live in the US and I ordered sympathy flowers for a relative in Brampton. Shalimar's website was easy to select, order, and pay. I immediately got a text message with the details. There were a few other details to work out like delivery because of bad weather, covid protocols for delivery, and the card message. Nitin at Shalimar was friendly, helpful and flexible on the phone. He went over and beyond with his service. I would definitely order from them again, and I would recommend them if you want delivery in the area, but you don't live in the area.

I bought flowers for my mom's birthday and took the advice of others who reviewed saying to do the designer's choice and we are so pleased with the result. The flowers are fresh and stunning and also came with a gorgeous handmade vase. They came the next day nice and early but I'm sure would be great for same day delivery as well. I will absolutely purchase from them again.

Awesome service! They are a bit expensive, but have never let me down when it comes to delivering on time and making sure the flowers are fresh to the tee. I have ordered 3 times from them and they have never let me down till today. Just a bit expensive.

Very disappointed in their services.
I order a $120 congratulatory bouquet for a friends engagement and the flowers she received were NOT AT ALL what i ordered. She didn't offer any sort of compensation or apology, she said we can refund you if you return the flowers. What a joke. Will never order from this company again.

I came into the shop to pick out flowers for a casket spray for our father’s funeral. We only had vague ideas of what we wanted. We were guided by Ila in selecting flowers that worked with the colors we wanted, would work together in an arrangement and were seasonally available. She was patient, and offered great suggestions. We were so happy with the service we returned the next day to order more flowers (from his grandchildren, and from our mom/his wife). All of the flowers were lovely and the spray especially exceeded our expectations

I wanted to surprise my wife with some flowers on Valentine's Day so I made an order for delivery to her workplace, and they delivered it on time with no issues. She loved the flowers, thank you! Definitely recommended!

I was trying to order flowers from flower delight which is another website, but when i searched up flowerdelight.ca it came up to Shalimars website. This is an unethical practice and could be considered as fraud, I could never support an unethical business.
