Other than the service being a little slow, the food here is amazing! They have a decent menu to chose from with vegetarian options available. All dishes can be adjusted for spice level so don’t be worried if you have a low tolerance! The price and quantity of food is pretty good. Between two people we shared two main dishes and a dessert and left pretty full.

Great Cozy Restaurant close to High Park and Downtown Toronto. Great Tasting Himalayan Cuisin. Had Momos and Manchurian both were amazing

This was such a refreshing experience. From the food to the service to the ambience.everything was great. I loved the Momos and the honey chili potatoes. If you like your Momos, this place is a must try and you will be pleasantly surprised with the amazing service! Kudos to the entire team!

Really amazing food! The chicken momos were delectable and their momo sauce was so good, that I asked the server if they sell it packaged as well. Service was amazing, Sonam was so friendly and her recommendations were spot on.

I stumbled into Shambahla last night after a long day.

To my pleasure it was still open after 9 and I knew I was in for a treat. Originally, intrigued by the site of Momo on the menu from outside, once sitting I decided to scan over the menu.

At first, I was shocked at how many delicious sounding vegan items they offered.

After careful deliberation, I decided to get the veg Manchurian. It felt like a few minutes had gone by by the time my lovely server delivered the delectable dish.

Upon first bite, I was transported to Tibet. Delicious, beautiful, nourishing, affordable, excellent service, authentic, inviting atmosphere.

One of the best dining experiences I have had in the city.

Can’t wait to go back and taste the rest of their items.

Great place! For 1st the first time in canada i had an authentic Thukpa. Everything was authentic and delicious.

Amazing food. A very nice host in Tenzing, he was kind enough to prepare delicious chilli garlic noodles for us. The chicken momos were the best I have had in Toronto.

It was a great experience. We went all the way from London to toronto to eat the yellow laughins and momos as one of my friends had been craving since she came to canada, and the restaurant sure did not disappoint. We have been to majju ka tila in delhi as well and it was great food amazing! We would love if you open a franchise in London, Ontario as well!

The best Momo's I've had in such a long time and so light and not heavy oil. Must try if wanting to have a nice meal that's affordable and memorable.

Over hyped. Honestly I didn't like the taste. Very bland food. Something was wrong with mango lassi.

Ordered Steamed Chicken Momo and Chilli Chicken. The food was delicious and we really loved the authentic flavour. I just wish the quantity was more.

We just found out this restaurant while walking in Little Tibet area. This is a genuinely good restaurant. Food is awesome. Ingredients are natural and not chemicals and colours. We had veg steamed and pan fried momos with red chutney. It took me back to Himalayas. I could feel all the momos melting in my mouth even though we couldn’t dine in due to time constraints, I warmed up the food in microwave and the taste and texture was too good to be true. I will visit them again and try other dishes. Owner of the restaurant Tenzing is super cool and very well educated person with education and experience in hospitality industry in leading 5 star hotels in India. Chef is also quite experienced and I would say the best in this area.
