Not sure with the other ratings why so low but Shanghai 360 is always my fav for Chinese food in Mississauga! They are cheap, big portion and yum, people who works there is also kind. Now I am craving for some bang bang chicken lol
Affordable prices, but the taste doesn't match the appearance. The chicken seems to be of an older variety, and the sauces lack flavor. I would advise against choosing this place if you're looking for genuinely good food.
It's the cheapest Chinese food you can get at the mall out of all the others, the quality is fresh depending on the time in the day, the taste is average the portion sizes have gotten smaller. Don't expect anything special, how ever it you're craving Chinese for a quick bite then give Shanghai 360 a try.
Not worth your money, ordered seafood noodle soup, a whole plastic bowl of hot soup, with noodles and ingredients in a separate box, he could have asked if it’s take out, and the male cashier today doesn’t seem to understand English or he can’t hear what I’m asking. The veges is just merely 2 split broccoli and a few string beans, no bok choy in this Chinese fast food stall.
Their Shrimp Wonton Rice Noodle was so amazing! They gave me a bowl full of delicious soup, 5 huge wontons with lots of rice noodles & veggies in a separate container. You can just combine them all right before you eat so it taste really fresh even with to-go containers! I'll bring my coworkers back next time!
Service was very poor. My food was not handled with car and my portion was very small considering the price I paid for the meal. I only got 4 or 5 pieces of chicken. The food was room temperature when I ate is after leaving the counter only 2 mins after. The beans were cold and not edible. Ended up not eating most of my food.
Shanghai 360 looked super appetizing once passing by in Square One.
Mohamed and I got the chow mein noodles (little spicy), fried chicken wings (which I was craving so bad this day and it was worth it), and the black pepper beef (super spicy!) with orange crush as our drink.
This meal was great! I was told that it was not that spicy, but for me it was too spicy so I was not able to enjoy the entire meal. Price was fair and the portion size is good.
Waited in line for 5 min and was next to be served. A young couple comes up next to me, hands all over each other like, what ever. I just want to get my food and go. The server proceeds skip over me and starts to take there order like I wasn’t even there. No words, nothing. The couple (No manners at all), didn’t even have the decency to say “Oh by the way he was next”. Looks like the server knew them. I just stood like “Did this just happen? ”. So I said to the server “Umm, didn’t you just see me waiting? ” She says “One minute one minute”. I said “No, forget it”. When to another restaurant. We’ve been going here for years but not anymore. I will never go back here again. They just lost myself and my wife as loyal, repeating customers. Hope it was worth it.
Definitely a healthier option at the square one food court. The food was fresh, and they have tons of vegan options. The tofu was the most firm tofu I ever had and it was delicious.
I got combo 3 rice and tso Chicken and can’t remember the last one. But food is so good. Chicken taste amazing season very well. The ladies there were so sweet. Love them will most definitely be back. Thank you! Check them out
Spent almost $20 for terrible food. The chicken was inedible, had to throw away everything. The noodles was bland, the chicken too. Got a spring roll which was the only thing that was okay.
Even after just opening for the day, Louann was very polite and helpful. She demonstrated amazing customer service and I’m looking forward to eating here again!
My first time ever trying their tofu, I loved it. For sure recommend it to everyone who likes noodles and tofu. I loved their food. Best place. Also the lady on the counter was so patient and nice, loved their service.
Have had food from here in the past, wasn't overly impressed but I thought I'd give it another try. Really wish I didn't as the food was terrible! The samples they give you are juicy, have sauce and most importantly flavor. Ordered the special combo (meat, veggie and rice/noodle) as I didn't want too much. The food was bland, dry and tasted burnt. Too overpriced for the portion you get too. Many different options in the food court other than this place.
Consistent with other reviews I read after eating here. They are cheap and stingy with the proportion of your meat option when you get combo 2 or 3. I've been to Yorkdale & Eaton Centre and neither of those locations literally count the number of shrimp they give you. They also serve you cold food. Would not recommend for the price because all you get is a plate full of noodles or rice. There are better options in the food court for this price.
The food they serve is cold and the meat tastes stale.the workers serve you happily but the food is not worth the price. Noodles are the worst no taste at all.
We ordered combo no 4 which we chose rice, beans, spicy shrimp and tao chicken. Not the best I’d say. Rice was flavourless, beans were ok, chicken seemed to be more of the breading pieces than actual breaded chicken pieces and those 4 shrimp that came with the order were smelly and blackish. So not my favourite to say at least. The noodle bowl was better. We chose udon noodles with beef broth, egg, broccoli and beef brisket. The brisket was perfect, definitely the best item of the whole meal - very tender and flavourful, the broth could be better because it didn’t have much flavour and it would be perfect if the egg would be soft boil. So the idea of this place is good but it seemed to me that it wasn’t executed well.
I don’t even know why I gave them a chance, I was craving Chinese. Found weird piece of plastic in my food as well as a hair. When I went to confront them about it, they acted as if I was crazy and only refunded half of my money because most of the food was eaten. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. Food was nasty too. Wouldn’t even eat here for free. Avoid at all costs.
The confident lady was Cheap! I paid over 12 dollars.two meat, one veg. This stupid lady was picking through the shrimp to try to give me the smallest shrimp. She explained that she is only allowed to give five pieces of shrimp but I already seen her picking through it to give me four tiny shrimp and only one big one. How cheap! The other lady was nice enough to give me two pieces of basa fish which were medium size. Good thing the noodles were good but I still remember the cheap lady picking through the shrimp to give the smallest pieces. This is square one location.earlier in the week, but I forgot the name till I went back to square one today and remembered the name of this place. My recommendation is if she does this to other people to just walk away and say, youre being cheap in how you pick through the food.
Ate here yesterday on my lunch break. Have been on the toilet ever since. Should have known better as they are always tracking uncovered raw meat thru the back hallways. It had the shortest line up on my 30 min break. Still cant keep anything in almost 24 hours later. NEVER AGAIN!
We order combo nr 2 and combo nr 4 Shrimps was old and chilli chicken was jokes worst Chinese food ever have never again disgusting old food with tons of spices
Ordered mandarin chicken with shanghai fried rice. Food was tasty, wish the chicken could have been warmer. Staff were friendly and patient when I wanted to try a piece of every chicken before placing my order. Even though I didn’t ask to try a piece of bang bang chicken, they were nice to give me one. Their customer service is much better than Szechuan Express.
Tried to have the soup here the girl was too occupied to serve me even though I was the only one there after waiting for 10 minutes I got frustrated and went to Chipotle’s it was fast and delicious and not frustrating, never go to Shanghai 360 unless you want to be treated badly
