The overall service attitude is too bad. It is really not suitable for opening a restaurant. One dish can be fried for nearly an hour. The taste of the dishes can only be said to be average, and there is no value for money.
I have ordered many times from this restaurants and I find the biggest issue is that the food quality/taste is really inconsistent. Sometimes the food tastes really good and sometimes the dishes are just awful. Makes me wonder if there are two main chefs working different shifts and one of them obviously has no idea how to make authentic Shanghainese dishes. So pretty much ordering from there is a hit and miss.
