I’ve had my nails done at Shangri La for several years and have always been very satisfied. My nails are always done well and the staff are courteous and experienced. I simply won’t go anywhere else.

I went to the nail salon without an appointment, and it was around 6: 30 pm. Although the nail salon closed at 7 pm, the nail technician "Jane" provided excellent service, and I received a beautiful manicure. I asked for a few additional things, and Jane was more than happy to accommodate my requests, even though it was past her normal working hours. Despite the late hour, she took her time and demonstrated professionalism throughout. Jane was not in a rush and ensured I was satisfied before I left the nail salon.

I have visited many nail salons, and often, they rush through appointments, particularly when it's close to closing time, compromising professionalism and customer service. That's why I am giving "Jane" a five-star rating for her outstanding service, high level of professionalism, and her dedication to ensuring a happy customer experience.

I was very pleased with Technician "Jane" because she gave me great nails, and the color lasted a long time. I would give her five stars.

I've always had a positive experience getting my nails done. The staff are kind, professional and quick. I've had manicures and pedicures here and have enjoyed the services. The shellac polish is always long-lasting.

I asked for walk in pedi spa treatment on Friday at 1: 30. Kim did a beautiful service. The nail shape and care was excellent! Thanks Kim! (I will apply colour polish at home, because I had the wrong kind of shoes and not much time for drying)

Pathetic services. I got my waxing done and the staff is not at all trained for waxing. They literally burnt my skin and my skin is permanently damaged. I told her that this is not usual but she never paid any attention.

I had waxing done all my life but never had this issue. Skin on my underarms is damaged beyond repair. I am so disappointed.

Emily has taken care of my nails for more than five years and I am very satisfied. I went to Shangri La Nails & Spa last month but Emily was on vacation so another nail technician took her place. Unexpectedly she does a great job, she is very cheerful and friendly it makes me very satisfied because she is so professional. I asked her name. I vote her 5 stars. See you soon "Jane".

Typically I have a good experience but today I do not. Had an apt and still had to wait 30 mins, no massage for mani/pedi, no lotion, quality subpar on the polish and super rough edges. All in $100. Super disappointing

Nail techs were really nice but a bit disappointed with the overall experience. Edges were quite sloppy even though the appointment took about 2 hours. Not sure if the tech doing my nails was someone training because she had to switch with someone else a few times for the design. The people are very sweet but I’ve definitely had better results and faster appointments for the same price.

I did My nails with Emily, she was so professional and very welcoming with great conversations…. I’m happy to say this is one of the salons in ottawa that trully matched their craft work to their services…. I definitely will be going back

Honest to god, best experience I’ve ever had at a spa. Email is amazing she always gives me the kinda nails you get complimented on! I had a pedicure done today too and Nga was brilliant! My feet were embarrassing with all that dead skin. She took care of them. These people not only are clean, but very good at what they do. They deserve every penny. I highly recommend. Thanks guys

Its an average place to get your nails done or for doing pedis or manis. But the customer service is poor, i dont know if it was just me, she did not listen to anything i asked for and i am very disappointed.
