When you put an offer on a new property only to have the entire country shut down for a global pandemic a couple of days later.it adds a bit of stress to the entire process.

We were already first time property buyers, and had a few complications in our deal to boot.

Shant maintained a high level of professionalism while at the same time being relatable, human, and easy to talk to.

Took the time to walk through all the details and steps, explaining them in English instead of bank-eese.

He made himself available when we were available to talk, regardless of the time of day. And communicated quickly and effectively via both email for larger items, text for quick questions, and phone calls when a conversation was needed.

Despite some challenges and obstacles, not the least of which was early days pandemic shut down, he kept working hard to get our deal done and us into our city escape property.

And it doesn’t stop there. He really cares about his clients and follows up even after the mortgage is successfully approved. Checking in to make sure everything went smooth on closing day. And again a while after to make sure we had no issues with our first couple of payments.

He’s now on our speed dial when we’re eventually able to buy our next property.
