Went there for help with my rosacea. I was hoping for a dermatologist that would help educate me on the condition, guide me as I identify my triggers and what lifestyle changes could help me manage it, and explain what the different medical alternatives could be (plus side effects). Maybe those expectations were too high, because what I got was 2-3 mins with the doc, and a 2-3 mins pitch on laser treatment. Nothing else was provided, and the whole thing would actually have taken less time if not for my questions. Reddit has been more helpful (and empathetic) than Doc Shapero.
