Jenna Trew gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever gotten, and sent me off with her signature blowout. Up and coming superstar highly recommend!

I would give them 10 Stars if I could, I showed up hours early for my appointment because I had nothing better to do, I plan to sit on a bench and listen to my audiobook but the owner herself came out to cut my hair at least an hour ahead of my appointment, they not only washed my hair, gave me an amazing cut, washed it again, but they did it all for a very reasonable price. 10 stars, no 100 stars

I was nervous to get my lashes done for the first time, but Ev did such an amazing job! I went in wanting lash extensions that looked full and long but still very natural, and boy did she deliver! I couldn’t have been any happier with them. She really took the time to get to know exactly the kind of lash I wanted, answered all of my questions and concerns prior to starting, and was so kind and bubbly throughout the entire appointment. This was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back

Love my new hair colour! Amber nailed it (and if by chance she hadn't, she reassured me I could reach out to her and we could revisit). No need. It's what I was looking for. For fun she curled my hair (something I never get to enjoy) and days later its still perfect. I am so happy! Thanks Amber

I have been a client of Sharp Image for seven years, both on the salon side and the spa side. Their staff is very skilled and knowledgeable, they work incredibly as a team. The owner, Shannon, is very kind in resolving any concerns. The staff all care for their clients wellbeing, don't try to upsell any products but will make recommendations if requested. I have been going to Amber consistently over the last seven years, even when I lived an hour and a half away I made the trek every 10 weeks for my hair cut. I always feel welcome in her chair. I know my hair is in skilled, professional hands, and I get to spend an hour with a wonderful person. She has lifted years of box dye from my hair, gone through a range of colours, done multiple balayage applications. I know whatever I decide to do next with my hair, she is excited and ready to make it a reality. Highly recommend Amber and every stylist, barber and esthetician at Sharp Image.

So today I want to come here and edit my previous review and say how relieved and happy I am with the outcome of my colour/highlights. Shannon I can’t thank you enough for what you have done for me today. I know how busy you are and still you made time to see me on such a busy day knowing I wasn’t happy with how my hair colour was. My 2 year old was so nervous for his first cut- Amber welcomed him so sweetly, let him pick his cape and checked in with him constantly to make sure he was comfortable. He was given a first haircut certificate and I was provided with a curl to keep. After a pick from the surprise bin we were all set! We could not have asked for a better experience! I have only had one other person do anything with my hair before, and she recently stopped. I despise change and was hesitant for a long while to find my new hairdresser.

This morning I built up the courage to call Sharp Image and book an appointment. To my surprise the day before New Year's, I was offered two different times that same day to partially highlight and trim dead ends.

I was attended to by Brianna who was genuinely more than happy to do up my hair for various reasons. Extremely friendly and great to chat to, as well as doing a fantastic job so quickly. I am so very happy that I made the decision to call Sharp Image and go in today to meet my new hairdresser.

As much as I hate change, Brianna and the staff of Sharp Image in Orillia has created a new loyal client today. Thank you so very much!

The atmosphere felt more like you were hanging out, as opposed to just getting your hair did. Very clean and inviting. Every employee there today was friendly and made the effort to say hello, and ask how I was doing. Just an outstanding experience for me!

I highly recommend that you go into Sharp Image to experience a good time as you get all pampered up and looking good - especially with their many services available.

I get my hair done by Jessica every time! Since I started going to her I never stopped! She always does my hair just how I like it/want it and would never and has never left me unsatisfied. I’ve tried out many hair salons and stylists and sharp image/Jessica has by far been my fav! She is so nice and it’s always a good chat with her ️ She always spends the extra time to style and she’s also taught me how to do hairstyles that I struggled with!

All the stylists are just amazing people. Open minded, kind, and none judgementle. The shop is clean and well maintained, very professionally decorated.

First visit to Sharp image and I left very impressed with the service and atmosphere. Isa was able to give me exactly what I wanted in a haircut, she knows her stuff. Isa and everyone I had an interaction with was super friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've been to this salon on multiple occasions for multiple services. I even booked with them for my wedding and my entire wedding party! It is always been a friendly and professional environment with great results.
Until I decided to treat my self and go the whole nine with my hair. I had called to book a colour, highlight, cut and style. I'm a healthcare worker working a second wave of a pandemic, I work the first wave and now I'm preparing for a third wave. As you can imagine mental health in today's society is wearing thin, as Im sure it is for everyone. That is why I decided to treat myself before things get locked down again, I just wanted to feel a little bit of normalcy and feel beautiful again, maybe less like a robot.
As soon as I heard that things were opening up again, I made the call for the appointment. After playing phone tag for a few days (which is totally understandable!), I was refused to be booked because I was asking for a senior stylist and simply could not remember her name. I was however offered a new stylist but she mentioned she is brand new to colouring. Normally I would be completely fine with this, everyone has to start some where! But this time I just wanted to be spoiled and absolutely love my image after shelling out all that money for what I wanted done.
Im so disappointed with how this was handled, I won't be returning for any of the previous services I had been there for.

I found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. The premises are very clean and staff are maintaining appropriate cleaning measures during this pandemic time. The service that I required was performed with skill and good technique.

I love this salon.the staff are so friendly & courteous.the moment i arrive i am happily greeted & offered a beverage.i am always so pleased with my service from amber.the prices are so reasonable.if you haven't been there yet, give it a try.you won't be disappointed.

Really beautiful salon, and friendly service. My issue is with the quality of work. I had a pedicure done, but there was still dry skin on my feet when I got home, and the manicurist left old nail polish at the edges of a couple of nails. She did an awesome job on the new nail polish, though. I'm undecided if I will return, I'll probably check out other places first.

Inexperienced staff uneducated. Very unhappy with the service we received the owner was rude and passive about our complaints.

Very pleasant salon - I wanted my eyebrows waxed and my mom a wash and dry. Walked in without an appointment and they took us both right away. Fast and lovely results! Thank you.

Finally, I found someone, Kim, who understands hair. I did not have to say anything. Just by my hair she verbal described exactly what needed to be done. She cuts with great confidence. I could not be more happy.

Only downfall was the very small room seemed to also be used to store pictures waiting to be hung, electric drill etc.

The girls at sharp image are beyond amazing! Whether its my hair, my sons, my daughter, or my husbands they can do it! Megan has been doing my hair for years and did my daughters and sons first hair cut.
The energy in the salon is like no other and all the girls are kind and always have a smile!
