The chicken they use in the shawarma wraps and shawarma plates is seasoned amazingly. Love the staff, very friendly and ask what you'd like to make sure your getting what you want in your meal.

The shawarmas here were amazing. I honestly believe that shawarma places tend to have better food when they are a little rough around the edges. I picked this one over some others nearby because it looked a little less polished. It did not disappoint. Got a mixed wrap, it was the best shawarma I've had in London.

Their food is really good. I love their fries and chicken shawarma. They give large portions of meat in the shawarma compared to other places. The service is also very good. Overall, I would recommend this place.

This used to be my go-to shawarma spot. Their inhouse pita is incredible, and the chicken shawarma and chicken skewers are also delicious. HOWEVER, employee food handling concerns have made me go elsewhere now.

Multiple times I've observed employees wiping their hands on their pants between directly touching food, or touching the register using the same gloves as for food prep. Unacceptable practices imo. And if this is happening in the main area directly in front of customers, it makes me nervous about what happens during the prep stage.

Just wash your hands properly before touching my food, ok?

I am visitor and l love shawarma, l tried must or all places, this one on the top, real shawarma test and sauces.

This place is the real deal- they make fresh Pita everyday (sometimes I've seen them stretching the dough on the pillow in the back as I wait), the flavour is great and portions are big. Could use a little TLC from paint/maintenance but it's a true hidden gem!

If you get the guy that always wears a winter hat or baseball cap, walk out. He never puts the chicken on the grill before putting it on your wrap or shawarma plate. It sits cold and he doesn't even heat it up.

Have heard numerous complaints about him from many staff members I work with and I just won't go there anymore if he's working. Also, I saw a review about a guy eating chips with his gloves then making food, yes, well that's the same guy with the hat. Do not order food from him.

The owner or manager is VERY nice. If only he knew about this behaviour. It's a shame he's going to lose a lot of customers

I think I found my new go to Shawarma place in London. Had an amazingly good chicken shawarma wrap and the owner there did mine the authentic way (that is lettuce free) without me asking which is a big plus in my view. Also, you get a Saj bread for your wrap that is just baked and it is amazing! I will be coming here more often for sure.

It's too bad that they don't put any effort into hygiene or sanitation here before the shawarma is some of the best in London. However, after being given a filthy tray for my food, seeing the disgusting washroom and watching the guy who made my food shovel chips into his mouth with the same gloves on that he then proceeded to finish making my food with, I won't be back.

Food was ok. Got a chicken shawarma sandwich. They do allow for French fries in sandwich.
However, Your menu says that sandwiches come in pita bread, they didn't, they came in markouk bread.
Also your menu says that all sandwiches come with French fries topping, but my friend who ordered a beef shawarma sandwich with everything didn't get French fries topping.
I strongly suggest to the restaurant staff to read the menu!
Also, heads up to everyone, I saw a picture posted a year ago of prices, showing the sandwich for 6.99 it's now 11.99

Great food. We visited twice while in town. Shawarma wraps made in house and everything we ate was flavorful.

Been here a few times and food is always awesome. Good size portions and decent price. The chicken shawarma plate is overpriced at $17 for what you get, but the Felafel wrap at $8 and shawarma wrap at $12 are decent value.
Service is good, the place is a little hot so you won't want to eat in.

Decent food, but the guy working here needs to work on his customer service. Give it a go if you're interested.

Very authentic tastes at Shawarma Guys. Lived in the middle East for years and this was like I was transported back. Delicious.

We had several issues with this restaurant. Upon arrival, I asked for the menu and was provided with one. Once we confirmed and placed our order, the price was higher than we figured. We asked and was told that the menu is old and the new prices are on the board. Wish he told us prior to ordering. We ordered the Shawarma Guys special and the falafel plate. First off, there was nothing special with the Shawarma Guys special. The plate had more rice than actual chicken. Also, the rice tasted stale. We also asked for salad on the platter as we were paying more than the ordinary platters. We were denied and said there is no salad for this special. My wife had an upset stomach the next day and we called the restaurant to express our disappointment, and we were given a simple "sorry". I do not recommend the shawarma guys special.

I'm visiting from Windsor. Tried a kebob wrap at Shawarma Guys, it was delicious. The young man behind the counter is very courteous and friendly, his recommendation about sauces was spot on.

Best Shwarma place by a mile! Great service and atmosphere while you chow down on your meal. Large portions too! There is really no downside to this place.

So good. Like others have said the actual wrap sets these folks apart. Gets a wonderful crunch that balances well with the creamy sauce and delicious toppings.

Wowww, one of the top shawarma places I been to. The meat & chicken has really good marination and perfect spices I would recommend it for you. I wish they can put more meat in the plate.

Their shawarmas are really good. I had been a customer ever since they opened their store. However, lately me and my wife had been noticing that they are not respecting the customized orders for delivery via Uber. Their wraps are expensive and it is very frustrating to see everything on them when the order had specific items in the wrap that we did not want. Maybe they should train their newer staff to follow instructions carefully.

Shawarma was a disaster, warping was not proper and chicken and bread was dryif you guys can’t serve it properly then don’t take the order

Has become a go to place for shawarma for me. Portions are generous, flavours are good, and customer service is adequate. They are consistently delivering a good quality product. My only complaint is that some employees wrap the shawarmas in a difficult way to eat, but that is so minor that it doesn’t matter to me!

This is the best shawarma this I have ever had. I recently tried osmowes and this is much fresher. The staff is very friendly. If you are not sure what to get - order a shawarma plate with a wrap on the side and make your own!

Second time there. Great service. Fresh food. Excellent prices. Love the homemade wrap bread and baklava.

This is the best shawarma in London. I was confused at first by the low prices, worried the food would be stale or skimpy. It was neither. It was fresh and delicious. Far better than the other shawarma I sampled in London, and for some reason, at 60% of the price.

The best place to go for Shawarma in London. Everyone I recommend here tells me it’s the best they’ve ever tried. My work orders from here every week and they are all hooked.

Amazing staff. Asma (if that's how you spell her name) and the guys in the back are all so kind and helpful. The garlic sauce was absolutely delicious, and I love how they make their wrap from scratch instead of buying premade bread from the grocery store. I hate pickles and accidentally got some. Even their pickles are good.

My best friend who is from the middle east, gave it her approval too, so it's DEFINITELY good:) Will be coming back and taking more people here

Just grabbed a beef shwarma, 3 minutes before close and the customer service was phenomenal! Huge Shwarma for under 10$ bigger and better then most shwarma in london. Will definitely come during the day to try the chicken shwarma, hoping it tastes as godly as the beef!

The best middle eastern food experience I have tried! All the ingredients tasted so fresh! The bread itself that is used for shawarma wraps are made fresh in store! I was blown away by the quality of the Shish Taouk Chicken! It was my first time trying this meal and it was incredible. The prices here are so fair and the food portions are so pleasing. It's the first time I finished a middle eastern dinner plate in store! I didn't even feel bloated after which is incredible and says a lot in itself. The service and staff are friendly and welcoming of you! This place is a must try and will easily become a goofy favorite for middle eastern food lovers! I don't have much more to ask for just wish it wasn't so cold when the doors open during Winter but that's bearable

Great food and wonderful service with a smile! The quality of food was top notch at unbelievably low prices! Large portions of excellent food that will satisfy even the most demanding appetites! Their shawarmas were extraordinary! The wraps used to make the shawarmas was huge, delicious and home made! They do not skimp out on their generous chicken portions like “other” shawarma places and neither do they skimp out on their freshly made toppings! The shawarma was SO GOOD that I had to order a second one! Needless to say I was very happy and full! Thank you for a great eating experience Shawarma Guys! The best Shawarma restaurant in London Ontario. First of all, their customer service is excellent and they provide a great ingredients particularly the real fresh bread. Roughly every day I eat my meals in this place. It’s really good. Additionally, this restaurant run with relative such as a mom, dad, sister and brother. Thank you so much for your service.

Hands down best middle eastern food I've ever had. Everything is fresh and delicious! The owner and the staff are super welcoming and friendly! The owner always recommends something you haven't tried and it's always amazing!

Finally some middle eastern food in the east end of London open late! I’ve been waiting for this for 10 years. Today was my second visit in the last three days. Quality of food is very high and the owner is making the food from scratch, including the bread, every day.

Best shawarma I ever tried! And I love that they make their own bread for the shawarmas fresh in store, the bread by it self is so yummy, and the food doesn't let you with a bloated sensation as in other places!

Best shawarma in london hands down! Super friendly people and family owend. The pita bread is made in house. Also huge shawrma for the price. I eat here every day or every 2nd day and the consistency is impeccable. Same amazing shawarma everytime. Also the hummis is to die for. This is a must stop place when your hungry and need something healthy! Oh and they toast it properly. This is a local gem.

Shawarma Guy's is now my new favourite shawarma place to go to! I have tried a few shawarma places and I have to say this is my new spot! Service is excellent! Friendly owners, super generous with the portion size and very very affordable. I buy the (and recommend the chicken shawarma). The chicken is very tender and tasty (not dry and flavourless like those other shawarma places). What really got me was the bread! They make it from scratch! Omg it's so yummy! And the size of it is great! Everything is so fresh and tasty! Love the garlic sauce too and the spicy sauce! You guys are #1 in my book for best shawarma in London and I will recommend you to all my friends/family! Keep up the great job! You guys have nailed it!
