10/10 shawarmas! Sometimes the chicken is dry but just add more garlic sauce. Potatoes are delicious, customer service is always amazing, welcomed with hellos and smiles. Love coming here

Had the shawarma bowl with extra chicken. The chicken was nice and tender, the red sauce was kind of lacking the spice but was flavourful

Still have very good Shawarma. Unfortunately though, it doesn't have the same warmth and appeal since it was sold. Not as personal and welcoming as it was which is a shame.

Over priced, had a fly in my fattoush he looked at it n threw it in the garbage and no apologies and then made the fattoush even smaller. I don't recommend unless you like a fly in ur fattoush. He wore no gloves making my food and coughed without covering up. I do not recommend. Not a clean area to eat in never wipes down the tables when your done eating as well. Not friendly at all. I no I'll never enter that place again.

Food tast4d amazing. Meats inside the shwarma was really juicy and tasted fresh. Would love to go again.

Food was ok but the tables and seats had food all over them, Noone seems to wipe down the tables or seats, we had to use our napkins to clean the food off the seats before we could sit down. We also went in the washrooms to wash our hands before eating, and the paper towel dispensers were empty in both the men's and the ladies washrooms.

Used to love this place until last night. My partner and I came in and had to use the restroom first. One of them was out of order so we used the same restroom and came out to one of the employees waiting for us at the door yelling at us, telling us that’s it’s “fucked up” to be using the same washroom? Won’t ever be coming back here after that.

Got a chicken shawarma last night and it was so horrible. No taste at all. Chicken pieces was also tasteless.

I’ve been coming here for years and the food has always been awesome. I stopped in tonight because I didn’t feel like cooking and they had a couple new employees working, and they were fantastic! Great food. Great service. Thanks for your service Ahmed!

This used to be the best shawarma place in Windsor. I used to go here in high school
Steve would greet you and you'd get TOP QUALITY. I'm disappointed that my favorite shawarma place died. WAY Smaller portions for much higher prices. Service feels less friendly. There are 3 or 4 other shawarma places within walking distance that are way better and less busy.

Worse customer service in the city. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and the owner/ worker has lost all respect for his customers. Not even worth explaining. Put a smile on your face and treat people with respect. Disgusting.

For a small place the interior design was great, i also liked the the food. I only recommend to pay more attention to bathroom hygiene as it had ran out of paper and did not look the best.

First time we’ve had Lebanese and it won’t be our last. We ended up stopping in while getting lost in the city. Food was prepared quickly and was good. Hubby loves Shawarma’s but it was my first time. I ended up ordering the chicken platter (i love bowls and plates!) with salad and rice. The garlic sauce was so good.

Their beef and chicken shawarma are the best. I would say, the no. 1 in its category in the uptown Windsor.

Absolutely garbage over price. They need to go to Montreal to learn how to serve good quality with great taste for reasonable price. Extremely greed

Super nice guys that work there! Beef shawarma was delicious. The chicken shawarma was a bit dry. It was a little slow when I went so I plan on trying the chicken again when it's busier.

New owners messed this place up and the guys there are very rude. He didnt make my salad with fattoush dressing like they are supposed to and when I asked he drizzled it on top with out even mixing it.

Usually I like to complement but I tried both shawarma beaf/chicken and both are actually dry. One of the worst shawarma experience so far, I would suggest that they work in the quality of their meet and to make sure it is fresh. Thanks

Thought we would try this place out, it was disappointing! The meat is dry and the turnip and pickles have zero taste, and very pricey…. Don’t mind paying if the food is tasty! I gave a 2 star because the falafel are not too bad!

Hands down in the top 2 in windsor. They’ve upgraded the food, and the new short guy, and younger guy know how to make a shawarma worth the money, the garlic is the most flavour full, and the way they make the potatoes now is amazing, i know they microwave it, but never have i tasted microwaved potatoes that moist and soft. I like that they dont complain and roll their eyes when u ask for extra garlic or veggies and sauces

Been coming here for years, the Shawarma is always fresh off the spit. Some of the sides are served cold or microwaved your, but the sides still very tasty, flavoursome, traditional and good for lunch.

Me and a friend were in town on business and stopped here because it was close to our hotel. Probably the worst shwarma I've ever had. Small and dry. No sauce, pita was hard to bite through.

The best place to grab a quick bite, day or night. After the club at 2 am or lunchtime specials. Check this place out I guarantee you.

Honestly everytime I'm there I just can't breathe till I'm done eating. So many options to combine food and drink. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. Don't rush eating, enjoy the fact that you sit down and enjoy faster food.

Not bad and will go back for a second chance. They had a problem with giving out the right orders but we fixes that after.just hope we paid the price we ordered.

Came in at 12am, ask for a plate, potato Nd rice is reheated from the microwave, chicken and beef is dry, salad feels old

Best Shawarma in all of Windsor. They serve a good variety of other foods. Service is always quick. Customer service is fantastic. Located downtown

Food was decent. We sat at the table in the back, group of 5, and someone had thrown up on the floor next to us and the staff memeber I informed said "I'll take care of it in a minute" we moved tables and ultimatley left after about 5 or so minutes because no body bothered to clean it. Grossed me right out.

It was my second visit to this place, the two cousins were actually really entertaining
They could have been the owners I don't know but they were very friendly

The staff wasn't nice at all.and my bill was 36 Canadian dollars.l told him Ithat I have American money. He told me.no problem but we will charge you the same amount ($36) of your money this is our role.and l had no choice.so I paid it it.this is incurable.

Haven't been here for 6 years and it is still my FAVOURITE shawarma place in the city of great food. Absolutely delicious veggies and the pita brings the entire shawarma together.

If I died I think this would be heaven.

What used to be the best shawarma place in town has become the worst under the new owner/management. I gave it 3 chances hoping they were going to improve, but no hope. The sandwich is half the size of what it used to be and it tastes bland. Last time I went there I had an upset stomach fir nearly 12 hours. What a shame. Windsor is so ripe now for a good shawarma place.

Worst Shawarma I have ever tested plus they rip you off when it is take away. I ordered two shawarma plates with rice and there was hardly any rice. First time I have ever encountered food scam. The chicken shawarma doesn't look like it has been marinated, it tastes like Turkey. Stay away!

Rude behaviour from staff and service was worst and it was the worst experience i ever had in windsor. I suggest not to go there as food was not upto its level

First time customer last week. Walked in ordered a Falafel Wrap to go for my lunch (cost $6.00) and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. When I got back to work and ate the wrap each bite was delicious. Great staff, service, price and food. Going back today to get 2 wraps for lunch. Thank you for great food and service!

My family and I loved this place. It was a spur of the moment decision because my children and I have never eaten shawarma before. My husband insisted that we would enjoy it and he was correct.

The restaurant itself is pretty basic. No extravagant decor but it was very clean and well-lit. The prices were very reasonable as well.

The chicken shawarma was fantastic. I liked the pickled vegetables that were inside as well as the sauce. My son really liked their salad dressing, a light vinaigrette.

This is a short walk from our hotel on the waterfront. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Shawarmas and falafels are dry. Chicken is tasteless and dry too. Employees are rude. (I guess it was the manager or the owner that was very rude) NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY FOOD.

It's a sad day when your favorite place serve you the worst food because of some arrogant ass cook. I don't wanna leave this review but when you ask the guy for something and be completely ignore it well that leaves me with no choice
The sandwich hardly had any chicken and it was sloppily wrapped although they weren't busy at all.

It’s a good place, always busy. The food is great. I took the star off because their menu is not clear, no shawarma/wrap price is shown, only the combos.

Food was okay. I ordered the shawarma plate with salad and rice. Before anything. Keep in mind I paid 16.97 for my order.
The rice went straight from behind the glass to the microwave (gross). It was topped with beef and chicken. The chicken is skin on FYI.

The problem was behind the counter. There were two dudes fighting each other and cussing all while there was a family with two children in the restaurant. One guy claimed “I run the business. ” And continued to cuss.

Authentic, yet inexpensive. The food reminds me of my Lebanese inlaw's cooking. Great for lunch, a quick dinner, or late night treat after a night out.
