Shawarma Royale

First time at this place and last time. Order 3 king meals - 2 for Chicken with rice and 1 with lamb and beef with rice. Take out. For the amount I paid for these king meals, when I actually took them home felt like I was serving my family snacks instead of dinner. What a rip off. There are some better joints in Milton for Shawarma I must say. Lesson learnt. Never again. Should read reviews before I ordered. Paid over $60 plus with taxes.

Went early on Sunday to try this place out. The place is clean. Interior is nice. Looked like someone was in training as well. Food was just ok. Got the chicken on rice as well as lamb and beef wrap and a mixed wrap. The chicken was burnt. The rest was alright. Just a suggestion, although they asked if I wanted hot sauce for the rice, it would have been nice to have been asked if I wanted hot sauce in the wraps.

I usually don't immediately write a review about a place. Right now, the time is 8: 12pm, March 5,2023. Just after a few minutes of getting this order, I am eating my chicken on rice and typing this review. I am AMAZED at the food quality and taste! It's reasonably priced because the chicken, rice, salad, and coleslaw are soooo delicious! I am coming back here! To the workers here-expect to see me often! Regular customer! Thanks!

Love their Family Shawarma platter, big enough for 2-3 people. Also the Saj bread shawarmas are amazing.

This shwarma was so-so. Not as good as I expected it. We were just passing through Milton. It'll definitely not be a repeat. We used to go to Lazeez at the corner of Ontario and, but it closed. Need to find another shwarma place for when we go to Milton now. This isn't it. Way too expensive for what they sell, the garlic is good but not the chicken and the service slow, even though they weren't that busy that evening.

Horrible tasteless food. Ordered family platter and they gave me food which was definitely days old and super cold. Disgusted. Never ordering from here again.

Shawarma Royale when open up it was really nice in taste and service, But now very bad with taste, service, quantity, and quality

Best shawarma in GTA and best shawarma royale location. The lady at the front has Incredibly friendly customer service! Been here a few times and they're always in such a great mood, and the food is always cooked perfectly.

Great food and service, would highly recommend, the veal options are a must have, Chicken was fantastic too.

Wanted to order but when compared prices normal menu and uber eats menu there was a huge difference.i means if you order by uber eats there is a difference of 3 dollar in every single selection

Most of the staff are awesome, and we love the food; specially the falafel, that is freshly made and the king wraps.

Place is clean. Super pretty in there. The young guy who was serving us wad incredibly rude. He was giving attitude the whole time as if we were bothering him when selecting our topings.

Chicken was insanely dry. Also.when you ask for onions.they fail to tell you that you're getting tabouli rather than onion. All in all.definitely would not recommend and will not be going back.

Very bland, dry and tasteless shawarma from the Milton location. The second time in a row I have been disappointed. Never again.

Recently ordered a mixed platter for dinner. We loved it this time. Very yummy. The portions were generous. The meat was cooked just right, and the shawarma rolls were fresh, warm, and juicy. My mom couldn't decide which one she loved more, lamb or chicken. Their garlic sauce is to die for. We always order a big box of garlic sauce side to use it liberally with the food. The customer service was considerate. The gentleman who gave us the food was kind and gracious. We loved the Mississauga outlet and hoping to make this Milton one our regular in future too. Hope this branch will flourish.

I Was excited to order on my birthday but got disappointed with the family chicken the restaurant have reduced the fries portions by a lot and no side plate with the garlic sauce only small ones.
Used to be the best when it first opened in Milton and it was pre-made it seems because it was cold and took them 2 mins and that's not possible.they lost a customer.

The team in Milton location are awesome and the food there is delicious, Big shout out to Nazima she is adorable and kind she knew what she is doing

No idea why you guys closed the Kitchener/Waterloo branch but you have come back and open up again. Great shawarma

First time I tried Milton location and last time, I ordered king shawerma plate
The chicken shawerma tasteless and very dry the frensh fries and the garlic sauce almost nothing in the plate.

Best shwarma in town. The lamb and chicken are both perfectly grill. Keep it up. Please do add to the menu chicken/lamb on rice only (without veggies).

Decent sage, but not enough meat and way too much sauce. Not bad, taste was good, but it took two bites to get to some chicken.

The food is amazing! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing waitress very friendly and nice to me Today my order was a family dish and the chef added me a great tasting roasted piece and it was so good (always a great place to get great food).

The food was delicious and amazing and their service is great too, the manager was very nice with us.

He cut the chicken while the machine was off. The chicken today was cold. He did not even try to heat it up on the flat grill. Also Cawslaw is very very very salty. This is today Monday around 4 pm.

We bought a chicken shawarma platter.it was beautiful, filling and delicious and the peice was exelent the three of us couldn't finish it we are definitely going back there and tell my friends about it!

Went in and placed a takeout order. After waiting 15 mins I asked where my food was. They couldn’t find the order. Store became very busy and waited while they remade my order. 30 min wait for mediocre shawarma is very disappointing bought 2 and only ate 1/2 of one they were dry and burnt. Edit - time was Fri Mar 4th around 7 pm

Best Shawarma in Milton! I had the queen lamb wrap and the falafel wrap and they were amazing. Mohammed and Nazima served me and they did an excellent job. I’ll definitely be back!

Hey it’s me Fahad, the guy with the white and gold jacket, leaving a review like you asked me to. The shawarma is good, I’ve had the chicken and the lamb platter. Definitely one of better shawarma spots in Milton. Only reason I’m taking off a star is because the first time I went there for lunch it took 15-20 minutes to get my food after I ordered which is way too long in my opinion, when I got there it wasn’t busy but only after I ordered it started to get really busy but it still shouldn’t effect my wait time as I ordered before.

Amazing experience at shawarma Royale. Owners were super nice and they made sure to take care of us. Shawarma was delicious

One of the worst management experience I have ever had. It will take you an hour to walk in and order even though there will only be 3 or 4 people in line.
