Best shawarma place in the city. I had a great experience last week! Cashier (lilas) was super polite and kind. Great service, highly recommend!

My wife and I were just walking and my wife said, I want "Shawarma" after looking at this place. I was like ok. Because the plan was something else.

When we entered, the vibe, atmosphere and overall feel of the place was beautiful! The interior is done beautifully! And it has a Arabic vibe with all the music and background stuff.

The staff was super nice, polite and well mannered. We were given a complimentary pepsi can, because we tipped. That was a good experience!

Coming to the food, well as we were hungry, we ordered two queen shawarma meals. However since we have such low appetite, both of us could not finish it. It's not that the food was bad, we felt the food to be very heavy and fulfilling. It was tasty as well.

Maybe will visit there again.

Best shawarma place in Sauga, hands down. Even though i live in downtown, i get my shawarma from here and its soooo good. Their fries are so good and their portions are also adequate.

I'm a customer who comes to this place because I live nearby. Today, I was dining in and asked the employee to reduce the TV volume just to attend a meeting for 10 Mins while he was watching the soccer game on full sound. He just reduced one bar and started ignoring saying we have customers when the store was empty with zero customers. Very poor customer service. Never coming back to this place.

I have been coming to this location for quite some time and the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is very professional and kind, the facility is clean and organized as well. Hassan, Kashmala and Belal are a great team that know how to treat customers well. I recommend this place. 5 star service and 5 star food.

Place was good, food is great, service is good, workers were friendly. Only downside on my end was my change was 4 dollars and got them all in quarters but overall would come here again

Poor service, they don’t listen. I ordered king chicken wrap with hot sauce, garlic sauce and fries in the wrap. Just 3 toppings. They put pickles in my wrap and didn’t put garlic and hot sauce.

This chicken family platter includes chicken shawarma, fries, coleslaw, sauces, pickles & turnips! Portion is good for 4-5 ppl They make it freshly and fries are still very crispy

Everytime i go there, the Cashier always gets my order wrong. I order something, they make something else. Even today, they gave me a shawarma without any veggies. Just chicken and wrap. Its Ridiculous. 2 Stars Here!

I’ll be honest, this is the best shawarma I’ve had in Canada so far. Great location ambience and great portions. Definitely my new favorite stop for shawarma. My husband’a chicken shawarma was also the most flavourful one. I didn’t even get a chance to take a photo

If I could give this place 0 rating I would. Ordered a family platter and upon opening it found a DEAD FLY in my Food. This is extremely dangerous and unsanitary. The health and safety is clearly lacking in this restaurant, I will be warning my friends and family do not order from there anymore. Apologies for the disturbing images, but this is important to be shared.

The worst shawarma restaurant ever. I basically ordered on uber eats for pick up and then the app said my order is ready. Once I reached the restaurant to get my order, that girl on the front desk was talking to me so rude and I really will not comeback again at all. Yaseen Shawarma is away better than this guy. What a bad service:/

Unfortunately, I ordered chicken shawarma platter and the wrap inside barely has shawarma as they put doubly layers of bread, one pita and and the second is another type if bread, we literally ate a bread wrap with some garlic sauce. I am very disappointed!

The taste is excellent, but their main problem is consistency; one time you get a generous amount of meat in the meal and other days you get significantly less amount. I recommend for them to use a standard fixture, specifically they have become franchised.

They know how to ruin someone's friday evening. I ordered lamb rice and they asked to wait for 20 minutes and after waiting for 45 minutes they gave me the wrong order and when I went to ask that my order is wrong the employees were rude. I had to actually call the manager and he gave me what I wanted but only when I said that I will put a bad review.horrinle customer service.would never recommend this place.aslo just before me a lady was ordering and she had the same issue and she had to actually shout at them and they had the guts to laugh at her. Also someone who was ordering after me cane to meet me in the parking lot and talked about the horrible service guys beware before going.

I ordered the king size, they wrap it in two breads for some odd reason. It LITERALLY tastes like you're eating bread with some sauce. The cashier girl has the communication skills of a 12 year old, she's unresponsive. She was too busy checking her phone and messed up my order. I don't think I'm ever stepping into this place again and neither am I recommending this to anyone.

The lamb is awesome, chicken pretty good too! Very nice portion, lots of meat. Friendly service.

Great food. Horrible communication. Always say "5-10min" when it takes 20+ minutes. Just be honest, I can go home and come back! Has happened everytime I've been there.

I am an uber driver. I went to this restaurant for pick up and guess what, the order was not ready. The girl (working at counter) said it is not ready it will take 5 min and after 15 mins waiting, watching other drivers coming and picking up their orders. After all i asked again how long it would be she "after finishing current order they will start making my order" so it would be another 15 mins.such a slow service wasted my half an hour and i dont know the customer who orderd what they were thinking. Wish i could give 0 star.

Being able to watch them make my meal in front of me with freshly made ingredients was amazing. Some of the best shawarmas I've had.
