A friend offer me She Nutrition for Christmas and I have to say that it is a great program. Martha is a great coach. I learn how to eat better and at the same time lost weight, now I feel much better with myself. Thanks Martha!

Martha's class is convenient (early, but not too early) and is the perfect start to my day, leaving me feeling strong and healthy afterwards. Her moves are challenging — in a good way — and she's great at adapting them depending on your strength level. I am always impressed by her motivation, encouragement and enthusiasm for what she's doing and the people she's doing it for. A great class!

Martha does a great bootcamp! She is always asking for our input like if we want to submit a playlist. Every day our workout is different, fun and challenging. She explains the exercises, but gives us ways to customize it to our ability (make it lower impact or more challenging). I feel like I have a through workout when we are done. Martha gives so much! She even sends us recipes and extra information! Thanks Martha! See you tomorrow morning.

I have been working out with Martha in her bootcamp for 3 months now.

Martha's workouts are always fun, engaging and never boring. I feel accomplished after her sessions.

I love the flexibility of joining on the mornings that are most convenient for me. The early morning virtual workouts allow me to fit exercise into my day without compromising my to-do list and time with my kids.

It is definitely a great start to the day!

Martha is great! She has done her research and knows what works. After just a few months I feel stronger and have more energy. We are all at different levels of fitness and Martha offers variations of similar exercises to match your capabilities. This is a very encouraging environment and that really makes it easier to keep coming back every morning. Thanks Martha!

Martha's workouts have been instrumental in getting me the strength I have not had since having kids! The workouts are perfect if you're a busy parent - convenient, early enough to workout in peace + have enough time to prep the kids for the day. Martha definitely has a can-do attitude, encouraging you to push through each movement.

I approached Martha from She Nutrition around August I was concerned about my health because my cholesterol was high and I also wanted to build muscle. She is very knowledgeable and understood my goals and concerns. She gave me a easy to follow and customized plan that included food recipes and exercise plans that were great and easy to include in my lifestyle. I’m extremely grateful for how quickly I’ve seen results and how great my body is looking and FEELING!

I LOVE Martha's classes. First thing in the morning exercise is not the easiest, however, the feeling afterwards makes it all worth it and prepares me for the day! Martha, your classes are my medicine pill! Not only is my body feeling better since I started, but my mind and attitude have improved as well. We all need this especially more than ever in a pandemic.

I have been working out with Martha for the past 2.5 months now and have been seeing the results i have always wanted but have not been able to accomplish on my own. Martha has a positive "Yes-You-Can mind-set which motivates you to another level. Her work-outs are fun and tough at the same time. I'm addicted to getting up in the morning to sweat it out with her. Thank you, Martha! I promise I am hydrating as I write this:)

Martha is an amazing instructor and plans the perfect morning workout. Between her encouragement, the music and variety in the class I find a challenging one hour class goes by very quickly. I wasn't sure exercising over zoom would be for me but the class sizes are small, fun, and a very good workout that is easily modified depending on fitness level or how I'm feeling that day. I've had awesome results! Thank you Martha!

I started working with Martha (owner of She Nutrition) at the beginning of November. I felt like I knew the basics of a healthy lifestyle but the pressure of work, kids, and everything else was preventing me from making time to take care of myself. It has been over a month now and I am so thankful I took the step to sign up for the “4-week Weight Loss Program for Busy Moms” program. Martha met with me weekly and slowly helped me identify the areas that I was struggling and gave me helpful tips to create new habits; the check ins also really helped keep me accountable (to her and myself). We talked about where I needed guidance with food and she sent me family friendly recipes that would fit in with my goals and that everyone would eat…kids and husband included. The highlight is that the monthly membership to her boot camp is included. She offers classes in the mornings and evenings, 30 and 60 minute classes, this helped make sure I could fit it in my schedule. I feel great, the scale is going down, my energy has increased, and I am moving again on a regular basis! Thanks Martha!

After three months participating in Martha's Boot Camp (She Nutrition), I feel fit, strong, energetic, happier! As a 58 year old woman, I've tried a lot of fitness programs - Orangetheory, yoga, pilates, fitness classes, running programs - and I can confidently say that nothing has improved my overall fitness as well as Martha's Bootcamp. Martha not only makes sure every part of your body is toned, but also changes up the exercises to keep it interesting. I am older than most of the participants but Martha offers different levels of participation so I can keep up! Best of all Martha is a fantastic role model who brings energy, enthusiasm and manages to exude a caring warmth as well.

The workouts are always different and her drive to keep you moving is just what I need. Comfortable from home atmosphere without feeling judged. I recommend anyone to join us in our journey to self improvement.

I started working out with Martha 4 months ago. I cannot believe how much stronger I have become. She creates so much variety in the workout with amazing music that keeps you moving! Martha has guided me to become a healthier person through her Nutritional Services. Always sharing healthy recipes that my entire family enjoys. So glad I discovered She Nutrition!

These boot camps are amazing! The ones I took were only half an hour long and were challenging enough to make me sweat and get that heart pumping. I took a break from them at Christmas and I really missed it. The exercises and music were varied enough to stay interested and I actually looked forward to "boot camp days"! Great support from the instructor, Martha, as well. She is always sending us helpful tips and healthy recipes!
