Got my cut from TJ and it was awesome. Gave me the exact cut i wanted and then some. Only a few people i trust to cut my hair and TJ is one of them.

My 17 year old will not go anywhere else for his hair cuts. I have taken him to sooooo many barbers and high end salons but he's only ever been happy with his hair cut when he leaves shear brilliance: amazing spot! I

Look for Ayaan. I recommend him and I love how delicate he is with his procedures. He takes time to listen to how you specifically want your haircut done. Most importantly, he cuts your hair specifically how you described it. You’re leaving the barbershop more confident and satisfied with your new look.

I recently started getting my hair braided by Gigi after being recommended to her by a friend. She's professional, quick, accommodating and does her job extremely well with a high level of attention to detail. From overly complex designs to simple single braids, she does it all. I call her Gigi the wizard for a reason!

I can’t express how great Shear Brilliance Oshawa is! I drive down 1.5 hrs just for the haircut & braids when needed. I love it even more because they also do Braid ups as well which makes it great for someone like me who wants to get a hair cut and braids. Iv been to Gigi twice now and both times braids turned out amazinggg. My go to barber has been Chloe and the cuts have been phenomenal. I highly recommend coming here for your haircuts and braids.

Best haircut and beard n all.ever. I made the mistake of not using Eldrian before. I won't make that mistake again. He listens and nails it every time. His cuts do all the talking. Compliments from everyone, and I won't go elsewhere. Almost didn't leave this review cuz I kinda don't want you to know about him.

Environment is professional and relaxing. I came in with with a cast on my leg and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Barbers are all very good and always on time.

Top notch establishment. I'm very picky about my fade and they do an amazing job here. I would stick with one of the senior barbers but they also offer discounted prices if you choose an apprentice. My 2 sons and myself go there regularly.

My 8yr old son had his hair cut at a barber one day (not shear brilliance) and he was so horrified by how it looked he asked me if I could call his school and ask if he could wear a hat for the rest of the year or he was not going. I quickly took him over to Shear Brilliance in Oshawa because a friend recommended we go there. Jairah sat my son in his chair and shaped up my son's hair as best as he could and told us to come back in 2 weeks. My son was so grateful. The facility is very nice and the staff are very friendly. So thankful for their services.

This place is horrible. I can't believe I paid $40 for such a bad hair cut. I feel bad for people of oshawa who have to pay $40 for bad service and still give good reviews. Never again.

Good hair cut place in Oshawa!
Got hair cuts from Josh and Nav. They are good but went to JT couple of times due to lack of availability and he doesn't really care what a client is asking for.
He needs to listen because we aren't getting our first hair cut we know what we are asking for. We had the haircut before so why can't give us what we ask? I will definitely not recommend him.

I forgot the name of the barber that cut my hair, but he assumed bunch of things without asking me and did it in his way. He removed my mustache that I’ve been growing from some time.

Barber will face you opposite to the mirror in the chair, this doesn’t help, if we can see ourself while they cut, we can ask them, but now you have to wait for end of every stage to see how they did.

The place is really good and well maintained, based on the reviews this place might be good, but I just had bad experience.

First time going and definitely not the last one. Nice shop and amazing staff. I believe that I had Nav as my barber and he is a great guy!

Going to say this was my first time going to this establishment and it is definitely going to be my last, not only is the location surrounded by homeless individuals but it also looks like nothing like the photos in the advertisements. My haircut was rushed and done entirely incorrectly, line up was not even straight, hair length was not equal. Fade was done poorly. Honestly I'm all for trying new places but this is forever taken off my list.
