Sheardown's

Visited on a beautiful Saturday for lunch. There's a lovely patio with umbrellas. The staff and owner are friendly and have great suggestions. We had the grilled apple and brie sandwich, home cut fries, and a Fall salad. All excellent. Very focused on local food and drinks. Great spot.

Service is amazing and fast and the food was some of the best ive had. I would highly recommend the burger! You won’t regret it.

Phenomenal food from apps to full dinner menu! I have tried the Flatbread, salads, specials but my favorite so far is the steak! Soooo good! Great service, beautiful restaurant and incredible food! Highly recommended!

We had a great lunch outside - super falafel. Service was friendly and attentive. Only reason they aren’t 5/5 is that they aren’t wheelchair accessible. It would be easy to have a portable ramp like some restaurants have.

I found very clean and nice atmosphere. I ordered hamburger which was too much charcoal taste and bitter. So four star. I will ask less charcoal next time. Other than that everything were excellent! I will go back for sure!

This place is amazing! Great atmosphere, and delicious food. Perfect for date night or a night out with friends. We had a table of 7, and the service was excellent.)

Amazing food and great staff! Ordered the hybrid burger and the summer salad. I order a burger pretty much everywhere I go and this is hands down the best burger I've had in a long time if not ever! The summer salad was so delicious! It had pickled rhubarb, which complimented the salad perfectly. Will be a regular customer for sure!

Over the past 2 months we have enjoyed the amazing culinary experiences at Sheardowns! Their burger and fries are the best we’ve ever had. The fries are cut fresh, served extremely hot and the patty is seasoned beautifully. You cannot go wrong! We have also enjoyed the salad with seasonal fruit - my salad was dressed with poached rhubarb - excellent! The flatbread with local mushrooms is unbelievable. We went out of our way to express our gratitude and appreciation to congratulate the owner and head chef - Christina Sheardown. She was exceptionally humbled and shared how proud she was that her success stemmed from local food and talent.

Awesome spot! Fantastic food, excellent service, and a really nice atmosphere with super cool art! Really enjoyed my dinner and sangria, highly recommend!

Hands down you have to check this place out. Atmosphere inside is wonderful. Variety of seating options and paintings on the wall too.

Excellent experience of food, wine and hosts. The ambience is welcoming, friendly and inviting to try new pairing of wine with delicious appetizers, mains and desserts. Definitely a very fine outing at this Meaford restaurant on the main street.

My wife and I are new to the area. We popped in to order take out and found the staff very helpful and friendly. The ambiance was fantastic inside. Definitely a great spot for date night or a dinner with friends. The food was outstanding. We ordered the falafel wrap and the mussels and both were excellent. We will definitely be going back.
