Dr. Guna is the best Doctor I've ever seen in my life, she treats her patients like family and she genuinely cares. My wife once miscarried after 4 months of pregnancy and Dr. Guna went out of her way to help and support to the point that she gave my wife her personal cellphone number to call her if she has any questions or concerns or if she wants to talk about the miscarriage. And there are countless of stories over the years where she was there for the whole family. Thank you Dr. GUNA.you're awesome! We love you.

Their default answer is "Sheerhealth Medical, please hold" and then you'd have to wait a long time to talk to someone. I've had to call this clinic every single day for 2 weeks to get them to fax over some paperwork, every day they'd say they will get it done-still nothing as of today. It's the absolute worst customer service.

Wait times are usually ok. The doctors there are pretty good. Receptionist's are very nice assuming the same ones before.

Worst staff in health care. There is only 1 girl at the front who is a decent human being. But the girl with the heavy east Indian accent is the worst thing to happen to this once upon a time brand new location. For shame on Dr silva for not caring about his practice and patients. Would not be surprised if they are facing fines- such a dirty facility as well.

Dr Guna is an amazing doctor, but it hard to get ahold of her and the receptionist team is terrible. They are rude and tell you incorrect information and probably relay information poorly. Very upset that this happens every time I call to get help from my family doctor or 6 years

Dr. Gunasingham is an excellent doctor. One of the best I have had ever. Unfortunately, the receptionist at this office is very slow and unorganized. The recpetionist made false promises about scheduling followup appointments and referrals but never did and I had to keep calling to remind them multiple times which was frustrating.

The reception is Absolutely terrible here, I came in on my appointment day and they failed to inform me they rescheduled my appointment I said this is a matter that needs to be addressed the receptionist told me I need to do over the phone and I kept saying it’s not something that can be handled over the phone.and my daughter needs her immunization needles asap! She says next available date is in 2 weeks I say okay whatever and take the date, I’m here I arrive at 10: 40 for the appointment and I’ve been waiting for a hour to be seen it’s 11: 30 now! Patients coming in for later appointments are being seen before me and my daughter!

Dr. De silva has been our family doctor for last 5 years and he is knowledgeable and wonderful in his service but his reception staff are horrible.one of them doesn’t know how to behave even greet someone in a nice way. She thinks she sits there to control someone but not to help. Dr De silva should provide extra education to his staff about effective and positive communication and should remind them to listen before respond. I would have given a big zero for their service but no option for that.

Now I remember and miss the old receptionist who made us comfortable on our each visit.

Getting prescriptions faxed back to the pharmacy is a chore. I call the pharmacy about three days before I need the meds and they have to fax Dr G at least twice before they get an answer back. 8 usually call the office after the pharmacy has faxed them and they tell me they haven't received the fax so the pharmacy faxes again and it still takes the office a day to find the fax and then the doctor doesn't sign it till 6pm if she is in that day and then the girls may fax it back the next day. Staying on regular meds is hard to do when you have Dr G as a doctor.

You better be having an appointment. Very different than any other walk in clinics.
I walked in, lady said 45 minutes wait. Waited 2.5 hours and guess why!
Notices everyone at the reception very childish, Rude, and arrogant. So many notices are posted just as the entire front desk was decorated with multiple notices and heads ups.
I felt some racist gestures in treating people differently. Its a long story.
They got two doctors at a time and taking all their own patience and walk in. Poor walk in guy keep waiting for his turn unaware of reality, so the appointment guy keep coming and u wait there.

Dr Guna has been our family doctor for almost 8 years now. She has been extra careful during the pandemic which I appreciate especially when giving my baby vaccines. She is fast with referrals when needed and is very empathetic and understanding.

Is always very busy but The female Dr is excellent (Dr. Guna)

Would go again just to see her

Excellent service from both Navdeep and Manpreet who truly care about their clients and work hard to get them better!

My second time trying to use this "walk-in clinic". They make no effort to mention online that they stopped all manner of walk-in service, you have to get to the building to notice a message posted on the front door. As far as walk-in clinics go, pick a different one that you can actually walk into.
