The staff here are quite friendly & knowledgeable. This is a great place to visit for all of your dental care needs.

As a senior, tooth hygiene & care is vital. Dr. Faisel is gentle & kind, with a professional-personal attitude. He suggests many ways to service your issues, with many options. He conciders your financially challenged state (10% off).
His dental assistants are also very caring & help you rest in a vibrating chair, a head cushion, TV & smile.
Receptionist are welcoming & caring. Kids can play on a gaming unit while waiting.
Grandkids like going for checkups.
Very pleased with his practice & would suggest using his service.

Great and warm customer service appointments always fall in place in regard's to timing and I always leave with a brighter smile.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and it took him like 10 minutes to take out two and it was painless and this morning I have almost no swelling at all and I don't even need pain meds ***** well earned, big shout out to Dr Waseem, thank you. Also I called one day they had me in to take the teeth out the next day. Not one complaint.

From the moment I walk in the door all staff members make you feel like you are family. What a pleasant experience I just had at Village Dental. Dr Waseem explained everything he was doing step by step. The kindness and care will not go forgotten. The Dental Assistant was so very sweet and the front staff absolutely amazing.

I’ve been putting off major dental work because I am waiting for work coverage and currently can’t afford it.

I woke up in agony this morning. I went to a different clinic first. Let’s just say I left that clinic in the same kind of pain I started with. I then went directly to Dr Waseem for help. He was very empathetic. His staff were also over-the-top incredible. He froze my mouth fully and I was pain free within minutes of arriving. We then had the chance to discuss long term plans to bring my mouth back to health. I am very grateful he fit me in without warning and helped me without fuss or judgment.

Crystal did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job with me yesterday. I am blown away by her bedside manner, her patience, her knowledge and literally how gentle she was on my teeth. I know it took an hour and a half however she took her time so I was comfortable and I started seeing results as soon as I got home. My gums are not swollen anymore, they look pink and so much more healthy. Thank you Crystal!

I have been looking for a 'good' dentist for many years. I have had bad luck with my teeth for many years. Thankfully, Dr. Faisal Waseem and his lovely staff have opened up shop in Shelburne. My new patient was awesome!
He explained everything so I could understand and really takes the time to get to know you. Reccomend!

The receptionists, hygienist, and Dr. Waseem are so friendly. My first time with them was an emergency and they took me in the same day I called to look over. I got booked for a root canal and the hygienist, was the sweetest and made sure I was okay through the whole process. Dr. Waseem answered any questions I had and explained the different procedures. Already booked the rest of my family in for appointments. I'm so glad to have a wonderful dental office so close to home.
