Once upon a time you were really good
But then.
Firstly, you have removed Sloppy Moe from the menu. Before that, Shawarma was divided into two Lite and Legendary. Legendary has too much meat and Lite has too little. I liked my Traditional Shawarma which was just perfect. My last two times ordering Legendary Shawarma, there's barely any garlic sauce in it. At least increase it according to the meat quantity. Such sadness.

Great shawarma and great people! Thanks to Megha for the exceptional service. Only thing I would change is to have the knafeh heated up all the way to the middle.

The shawarma I tried here was probably the best I ever had everything about the place was perfect. Good food, friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the service and friendly attitude of Shree (One of the staff) in the place.

I tried this location for the first time and ordered the legendary shawarma. It was very well made, didn't fall apart like some shawarmas do, and was delicious. The sauces tasted great and the chicken quality was on point. Also very nicely packaged, easier to eat and cleaner compared to the typical paper wrapping at most shawarma shops. I'd definitely like to return.

Words cannot adequately describe the level of frustration I experienced at Shelby’s Shwarma. The service was an absolute nightmare - the staff seemed untrained and completely clueless about how to handle customers. I waited endlessly for my order, only to be met with excuses and empty promises. To make matters worse, the restaurant was filthy. The tables were sticky, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I would strongly caution against visiting this place if you want a professional and hygienic dining experience

Today i tried shawarma poutine, it was amazing in flavour. Customer service was really fast And amazing. One of the employee pankaj helped me alot in my first experience at shelbys.

They do their wrap bread which was great. Chicken was good but bed was so chewy and platters are not good size: (there was high expectation so it was very ordinary for middle eastern way. TikTok succeeded: (

I never ever get close to finishing food & I finished my wrap! 50 dollars fed my entire family of four, the men working were gracious and helpful. One star to the guy who came yelling about his order that they had called out 5 times.which they also handled with grace and an excellent attitude. Will definitely drive an hour just to come back here

Don't forget za GREASE! Everything was extremely greasy, fries and shawarma was almost dripping. Spicy garlic sauce wasn't spicy enough. Bathrooms were in poor shape. Besides all that food tasted really good. Service was fast.

The food was nice, just want to meet that famous shawarma guy however he was not there, but its okay surely will get a chance to meet him once and make a reel!

I visited today at afternoon, It was a really great time. The food was amazing and customer service was excellent and fast. I talked with manager, he was really humble and kind.

We went there for the first time and i kist say exceptional service and excellent food. The rice bowls are super tasty and the wraps were amazing as well. Just felt the wraps could have a little more sauce. Will be going back there soon.
The owner was very kind and humble. Has a great experience.

The amount of missing up orders at this place is very very frustrating!
I doubled checked with them not to miss up my order and they confirmed it’s good.
Yet, I go home after picking the food to find out it’s all wrong toppings!

I recently visited the restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the overall dining experience. The food did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we fell ill after the meal. Additionally, the service was slow, as it took a considerable amount of time for our food to be prepared and served. Furthermore, the rice we ordered was undercooked, leading us to request a replacement with fries. Considering the price we paid, which amounted to $86, we were hoping for a higher quality of food. Regrettably, our experience was far from satisfactory, and we do not plan on returnning in the future.

The Shelby's legendary chicken shawarma wraps are genuinely tasty and they worth all the hype.

I visited the restaurant two days ago. I ordered and the order took about 45 minutes, and then I asked to cancel the order because this is too much and when I scanned the order until today the amount I paid was not refunded. Bad visit. The first time I visited the restaurant and the last visit, and I came from a long distance from Toronto

You have been contacted and you did not respond to the message. I also went to the branch. They said a week and they will return my amount, but all of that was just talk. I will not visit this restaurant again because of the way I deal with the customer.

I can’t get enough of Shelbys Shawarma! The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The chicken shawarma is my go-to choice, and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the overall experience even better when I talked with the manager there.

Big portion of rice but not enough chicken.

Took my mom here for dinner.first time trying Shelby's as I usually get Osmows or Lazeez. Pleasantly surprised by the amazing service, tasty food and clean space. We both thoroughly enjoyed our bowls and the mango juice was delectable. Will be my go to Shawarma spot from now on!

Loved the food had a great customer service and was great. Mr.pankj helped me have a great experience
