Shelby's Shawarma - Hamilton

Chicken shawrma is great. Have tried Shawrma Biryani but was not happy with that, otherwise Great for Shawarma.

Food is good but lazy staff never available on uber eats and when u order extra garlic they used to put it in a container now they add it in the meal and cheap out weird people

Quite tasty! Boutine was delicious. Tried the butterscotch dessert and was pleasantly.surprised at how well the flavours went together!

Great ordering system and efficient! I had been wanting to try this place for a while because I really like the story behind this franchise. I had the chicken bowl and falafel. I was really disappointed by the lack of flavour and the sourness of the dish. I had heard good things and came in with great expectations only to be left wondering what the hype was all about. I might give it another try by ordering the wrap next time and who knows, it might be a better experience.

Astha was amazing, she made sure the restaurant was clean, she was very upbeat and friendly. Makes me want to come back for the great food & customer service!

Excellent Saj wrap. The hero is the fresh bread no doubt. A little too much tahini and turnips in the wrap, but a great sandwich!

We came all the way from NJ to Canada to try the famous Shelby’s Legendary Shawarmas. My kids are very picky eaters and they loved everything that they ordered. Obviously, this was our first time and we really didn’t know wha to order but the staff was very patient and helpful, they made the ordering process a breeze. Of course, we would never order Za Ketchup and we didn’t forget Za Bebsi. Shawarma’s were very tight, because as the man, the legend himself says, IF ITS NOT TIGHT, ITS NOT RIGHT!

I hope they open some stores in New York and New Jersey. They would make a killin’!

Had the mac and cheese shawarma, onion rings, and bebsi. Food was amazing! Service was very nice and comforting. Place was clean. Overall, a great experience. My family and I will be back anytime we're in Canada!

Ordered falafel and chicken legendary shawarma. Way too salty. Slowest service. Took 20+ minutes just to prep our order.
Quantities are good for price

One of the best shawarma i have tasted after leaving dubai. Must try. It tasted good with good filling. Tried the traditional shawarma whic was good and thr biriyani bowl was ok not up to mark. For shawarma they are the best.

I've had the baryana and the sloppy mo, both are unreal. I appreciate these flavors very much. Great friendly service. Yum yum. The restaurant is a laid back, modern and clean environment

We came from Ottawa to visit this food-lovers touristic destination! Absolutely beautiful. Taste staff payment system tables everything. The prices were surprisingly cheap. Definitely worth the hype.

Pretty good. Not a shawarma that you can identify as from a certain region. Sort of a mix of Canadian influence and shawarma with French fries and mint in the wrap. Different. I would opt to not have fries and mint if possible. The garlic is nice and strong if you ask for the spicy garlic (very good garlic sauce) and the hot sauce is tasty too. Fresh ingredients. Slow service but it was busy.

The bread is excellent but that's it, chicken was mostly dark meat and some cartilidge. Not your authentic traditional shawarma and the legendary shawarma is small compared to what you'd get for the same price at any other place

This was a must on our trip from New York to Toronto after my son saw the Shawarma Man videos on YouTube. Here is his review: “This was one of the best places I have been too. The shawarma was pretty small when compared to the box it comes in. It was about only 3/4 full, even though I got the legendary (large) size. It’s pretty expensive as well when you compare it to other options available. I tried the Traditional Beef. The meat seem pretty dry too for some reason. And they a decent bit of time when preparing order. But the staff are really nice and the restaurant was decently clean. The tables seemed like they had oil on it.

I have never had shawarma like this! I heard of this chain through YouTube and thought hey, why not try it! And oh my Gosh!

The price was reasonable, the flavor was out of this world. I have had fresh shawarma before but this was something different, zesty, complex and fresh meat along with made fresh bread is mouth watering. The worst part was waiting and smelling the food on my drive home. If this is your first time go to dine in. You will not want to wait, I suggest the lamb it was worth the upcharge!

Oh and the portions are huge get a side if your very hungry!

Hands down, this is the BEST shawarma in Hamilton! I won't go anywhere else again! 5 star rating! I've been a couple times now for a shawarma wrap and it did not disappoint!

We tried the traditional chicken shawarma and it was one of the best shawarmas we have ever had. The prices were also pretty good and the owner was very nice.
