This is my first time visit. After my son’s recommendation. Shawarma box was amazing, specially the small roll was out of the world. I was not happy with the service as we waited more than 25min. They were getting more online order I believe that’s the reason service was slow. I don’t like shawarma bowl as the chicken was less in quantity. Overall experience was good. I would recommend shawarma and onion ring with garlic sauce.
The food from shelbys is amazing! But the portions of meat they put on their food at this location is absolutely ridiculous. How am I paying $15 for a bowl of rice or salad and sauce. Very very disappointed in this location. Ive never had this problem with the exeter road location but ive had this problem every single time I go to this one. It’s extremely disappointing, and way to expensive for 2 bites of chicken some rice and sauce.
Waited 20 mins for the order. After getting the food was not even close to what I ordered. While asking to change the food and make a correct one they started arguing. When called manager Suraj Ghatraj he was so arrogant and was arguing. Never coming back
I really loved the Shelby’s shawarma wrap, everyone must try this one, and also Thanks sohail for your recommendation to try that wrap, I appreciate for your recommendation and also you have good interaction skills with customer, sohail you’re definitely asset for Shelby’s
Very good take out food. Service is quick and efficient. Placing an online order for pick up is easy. Not a good place to eat in as they do not have front of house service staff.
Food is slightly overpriced but of decent quality and tasty. Cost can balloon up when you add additional items which is irritating as ultimately the final bill is usually too high for the food purchased. The bigger the order the more outrageous the cost so perhaps not ideal for a large group or family order unless it is a family package.
Worth trying if you are looking for something different.
The shawarma was delicious and crispy. I really enjoyed it and it made my dad feel much better. When I took my first bite, I was so happy. It was very tasty and I highly recommend it. I would rate it a 10 out of 10. You guys should definitely come here, it is excellent.and is.out of is so good tbr sharamas
I love that they put fries in the wrap and the saj bread it's wrapped in was incredible! All around a great shawarma and I'd be stoked to have it again next time I'm in the area!
The food was okay, nothing to be excited about, fair quality and little bit overpriced for its quantity. They try to have a “modern“ decoration and atmosphere but it’s kind of a cheap taste… overall, I would go there again if I am starving and no other place is open!
I have had Shelby’s from different locations, but this location has disappointed me with their service. I had ordered small bowl, my husband picked it up. I have paid for “Pita Chips” but unfortunately they didn’t add it to the salad. I called as soon as I got the order, the employees there said manager will return the call. Dinner time is over, still I haven’t got a call. Very disappointed.
Dined in at this location for dinner. Took a large bowl that was almost enough for two people. The taste was so good with generous amount. Definitely worth the price.
This location isn't the safest when it comes to their food, I used to love coming here and enjoyed the delicious food they served. However unfortunately for me not that long ago I had ordered their poutine and had gotten me feeling pretty sick untill I had vomited, I didn't contact them about it as it's likely they wouldn't have done anything about it. Some of the workers there seem to not be capable of taking care of hygiene. As for the most recent problem I had, I ordered a traditional chicken wrap and after eating the majority of the wrap I had discovered that my wrap was laced with thick shards of plastic, this is in the report sent to uber as I had ordered this via Uber Eats so I was able to report the problem but as far as Shelby's Legendary Sharma goes they did not care nor was concerned about the situation. I'm not telling anyone to stop eating here, they make vary good food so it's not easy but I value my life over 10 minutes of a delicious meal, I'd rather have it not be my last meal.
I witnessed Shelby’s growth from day one when they had their food truck parked outside of Western University’s UCC. Back then, their menu consisted only of a few items. I had my first bite of their chicken shawarma wrap then and there and was immediately hooked. I was so excited to see them open their first shop. I slowly also got my other shawarma-loving friends hooked who were loyal customers of other well-known names like Barakat or Dooly’s.
I watched Shelby’s grow in size, taste, menu options and quality to the point that they are now unmatched. The other ingenious menu items they added over the years came nothing short of their original recipes, some were even much better like the Dorito Poutine Shawarma. Gotta respect them for having the creativity and courage to constantly add new options and change up the shape of such a traditional market.
I’m also happy for them for expanding and opening up new locations in GTA. I live in GTA now and there are other popular decent Shawarma options like Lazeez, Halal Guys or Osmow’s that I have been to many times but none come close to Shelby’s in quality.
This used to be my favourite shawarma place and we ordered fron here extremely often. Ever since they've started expanding their food has gone downhill. Also, the kale Ceasar salad was so good with the traditional wrap combo. It's been replaced with coleslaw. Makes me sad that ive had to move on and eat at a different chain.
This is one of many visits to Shelby’s. First time in London. Easy to choose menu with great images to make it easier to understand what you get. Rather than lettuce they need to have parsley for a more authentic middle eastern taste however it’s still good. Food is nicely prepared in front of you and they have great packaging. It’s very hands off as you order with a tablet and the only interaction with staff is when they call your number and you pick up your food. I can’t really assess service as within the limited interaction it was minimal and nothing special although they were polite and friendly. Atmosphere is nice. Bigger and better parking options compared to the Windsor location
We ordered chicken shawarma wraps falafels salad, pita and hummus along with soft drinks. Overall it’s good and clean.
