We were happy to meet our loved ones in this restaurant, and we ate the most delicious food, appetizers and desserts. It was a clean and comfortable place and excellent service. We thank the owners and all the employees of this restaurant. May God grant them success and grant them abundant sustenance, Lord of the Worlds.

I recently dined at Shelby's on Exeter Rd, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The food was delicious, with flavors and presentation hitting the mark. However, the service left a lot to be desired.

It took an unexpectedly long 30 minutes for our meals to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. This delay was a bit of a letdown, considering the anticipation built around their cuisine.

Additionally, I noticed staff members, while wearing gloves, frequently touching their clothes and hats, which is a concern for hygiene standards. It's essential for a dining establishment to maintain rigorous hygiene practices, and this was a noticeable lapse.

In summary, while the food at Shelby's was enjoyable, the slow service and hygiene issues were significant drawbacks. I hope these aspects improve in the future to match the quality of their meals.

It was my first time at this restaurant and in London as well. I asked the guy working there whether the meat was halal. He was so rude and wasn't welcoming at all. He just pointed the menu signs and said, "Don't you see that? " I don't know if they always act like that, but it was so annoying. I just left the restaurant without ordering.

First time trying Shelby’s and I realized that they’re like Jagmeet Singh. They’re good at TikTok’s but in general they’re the worst option. My chicken was very bland with no tastes, and don’t get me wrong I love garlic and tahini but it’s way too much: they’re was just a big blob of sauce everywhere. I like how they did the self order but that takes away the whole experience of being at a shawarma spot. Price isn’t bad but the legendary bowl isn’t worth the price. Cleanliness does not exist here, the washroom was disgusting and no paper towels. I had really had high hopes for the place but I’d rather stick with Sumaq or Paramount unless they fixed up this place

Shady place overcharging for food. Filthy & attracting an interesting crowd, to say the least. As a business idea, it seems smart, but not in this location & maybe with some adults in charge.
It's sharing a location with a "massage" parlor, so that was interesting to witness too.

I got a large chicken shawarma wrap brought by skip the dishes. I’d never had Shelby’s before and I was disappointed. The wrap was barely bigger than the small wrap my wife got. Not only that, but the chicken in the wrap was of extremely poor quality. All gristle, it tasted gross. I don’t think I’ll try this place again.

I always get the chicken shawarma poutine with spicy garlic everytime and it's amazing. Their chicken shawarma poutine is way better than Osmow's and Tahini's not sure about anything else since that's all I ever get.

Put more staffs on busy hours if possible.its sad that just two employees are working so hard and getting annoyed by delivery drivers/ customers. Hope they get more than minimum wage for their hardwork.

After seeing this place numerous times on TikTok, I figured it was finally time to give it a try and wow! I went with the Traditional Wrap and it was one of the best things I’ve ever tried. Also, the service was impeccable. Will definitely be back!

Seems like one of my go to lunches lately has been fattoush salad with chicken. This was as good as most. I enjoyed it and it’s a good quick option. Restaurant wasn’t busy and the staff was nice. In and out quick.

Best shawarma store in London period. I highly recommend this place. Surely try shawarma tacos box.

The food was great and the service from the staff was awesome. I recommend the store for a good bowl of shawarma and the best ambience with nice people to serve.

This is a top tier shawarma spot, there’s so many different variations of menu items. The food was great and the service was even better. Definitely check it out!

We got the family shawarma platter and poutine and it was amazing! Wish the platter came with more bread though, definitely recommend adding more as a side order
