My fiance went to many jewelry stores looking to find my engagement ring. He couldn't find anything he liked until he went to Sheldon's East Jeweller. Sheldon designed the most beautiful ring for me. My fiance told me how he went to many jewellers who had salesmen trying to sell him the "perfect ring ". However sheldon listend to our lifestyles and came up with the perfect design for me. Sheldon has gone above and beyond for us and I would recommend him to anyone.

We went to Sheldon for my fiancee's engagement ring. We brought a photo of the idea we had and Sheldon was very straightforward and upfront about pricing for the gem and style we wanted. He brought in a few gems we wanted and told us pricing and let us choose. The whole time you could tell that Sheldon really cares about the craft more than money and he never pressured us or hid any details from us. Sheldon was highly recommended to us and for good reason. He really takes the time and effort to make sure everyone is happy and does everything he can to make things work for everyone's budget. In speaking with Sheldon, we discussed the option of taking my wedding band/engagement ring and designing a whole new ring in one piece to unite both.

Sheldon took the time to sit with us and create something unique that would suit my style and fit nicely on my hand without being too much! The end result is absolutely stunning. I couldn’t be any happier with my ring!

I was recommended to go to Sheldon by a mutual friend. From the get go Sheldon was extremely helpful in planning a design that matched her inspiration photos and finding the right stone. My wedding ring band had a small crack in it where it was previously sized about 10 years ago. Was not sure where to take it locally to get it fixed.

I was so happy I took it to Sheldon. When I dropped it off, I never asked how long it would take; assuming it would probably be a few days. I was shocked when he called me about two hours later to say it was ready.

My engagement ring was made by Sheldon I get complements on the setting and sparkle of the diamonds. I moved away and I knew I wanted a band made by him. He designed one with diamonds and amethyst. Had another custom piece done by Sheldon recently. It was created using old family pieces with sentimental value. Sheldon's instructions were simply wow factor and bling and he ended up designing the ring of my dreams. I have never been to such a knowledgable, friendly and efficient jeweller. You are greeted and made to feel so welcome the moment you walk into the store. I brought three rings to Sheldon to size that were passed down to me and I knew little about. Very quickly he was able to provide me details such as stone type and how he would size each one to ensure it remained stable and intact. With all three rings Sheldon had them sized and returned to me in less then 24 hours and even provided me the gold pieces removed from the rings. His store is so clean and organized and his hand crafted and designed jewelry is beautiful.

I showed him the ring my fiance wanted and he made it perfectly but customised to what I asked. He was very helpful with picking the right stone and options to make it just a perfect ring. After a different jeweller destroyed my wedding and engagement ring when cutting them off, Sheldon East did an amazing job fixing them for me! They look brand new again!

I lost the diamond in my wedding set and was devastated because the ring had not been off my finger in 40+ years. In fact it had to be cut off so the band was broken and bent as well. Obviously the sentimental value to me was paramount. My daughter was thrilled with the wedding ring Sheldon had made for her so I decided to see if he could help me out.
Well, I picked up the ring three days later and it was beautiful! The diamond was replaced with one a little bigger as I had requested, and the band and bent claws had been fixed. I couldn’t be happier! What Sheldon did, made me fall in love with my wedding set all over again!

Sheldon created my engagement ring and was able to extract the tiniest diamond from my late great grandmother's ring to include inside my band. He then created my wedding band - custom to match. Sheldon is an amazing jeweller, my engagement ring was missing a diamond due to sizing the ring and the prongs being shifted.
He completely redid all the prongs, replaced the missing diamond and made the ring look brand new. If you are looking for someone who will put the love and care into making sure your ring is pristine you’ll be coming to the right place.

I brought my grandmother's ring in because a pearl fell out and the settings for a diamond was bent. Needless to say it was a mess.

Sheldon's said it can be fixed but needed to be sent out. I was working on a tight deadline since I'm moving provinces. He said he can have it done in 2 weeks which is all I had and it came back on time.

The ring looks brand new! It's straight, shiny and everything is back in its settings perfectly!
