I purchased a car was back in December and the salesperson upsold me a second car wash at a slightly discounted price. They did not mention that the second wash would expire within a couple of months so on May 2 when I went to use it, it was no good. When I talked to the manager he said I should have checked the receipt and there was nothing they could do. I said it was never mentioned to me that there was an expiry date when I bought the car wash. I've been going to this gas station for years but I will never go back. They were rude, unapologetic and did not attempt to rectify the situation. Go to the Pump or Ultramar on the same strip. They are usually both cheaper. Shame on you Shell.

Just washed my car at the self serve bay. Hose was covered in axel grease. Jacket and Levis trash now. Mentioned it to attendant. Didnt care. I get it. Suggested maybe put an out of order sign. Naw. Hour later. No sign. Not my job man was the attitude. Should get zero stars.

This location does not filter their water so they wash your car with dirty road water, your car will look unwashed imediately after it dries.

I complained and found 3 others also at the register complaining about how bad the car wash is, the manager was very agressive and cheap and offered a refund of $2 very offensively after coming to this location, spending $30+ for multiple car washest and being unhappy.

Shell should fire this manager for his offensively bad resolution options and for duping customers with faulty equipment and low quality auto car wash

The coin wash is equally bad, all 4 bays have no dryer, bay 2 has a broken payment system, the water quality is identical and does not clean the car. Within seconds you see road film freshly applied to the car from the dirty water.

Awesome gas station! Early morning guy is always chill and good to chat with. Always come to this station. You can drive through do a 3 point turn at the back then pull up to a pump for a easy drive away.

Glad this station is back with new pumps! Quality is always good at this station! It’s worth the extra cents if your car takes premium. Also customer service is always pleasant.

There are no hand sanitizers at the 2006 Dundas Street West location. I asked the cashier why there wasn’t any sanitation material. He said go ask Shell. So here I am asking. Why isn’t there any sanitation materials for customers to use before and after they pump gas?

Fantastic amazing great service very clean and tidy please very well managed and I think probly new Li renovated everything is fantastic

The service representative was so rude, i said him that the pump was stoping again and again when pumping gas, and it has problem, he started arguing with me and saying that my car has problem.his name is noor and he also abused me and told.me.not to come again to that pump.its not first time and same community people who work at this place.

People who work in this gas station are very rude and good for nothing specially the person named NOOR.

One of the consistently cheapest gas stations in Toronto. Never too packed or lineups. There is a machine for air and coin car wash. There is an automated car wash with hand drying at the end, open during certain hours.

Terrible experience with the cashier named Mohammed. He was being really abusive and aggressive when i went to fill my gas. I went at around 1 am on October 13,2018 and was trying to pump, but the pump was not fuelling. This cashier did not even respond or acknowledge that i was having an issue with the pump. So i told him and he dint even bother to respond. He showed me some hand gesture and i did not even understand what he meant. So i moved to another station and was facing the same problem. Then i told him that there is an issue with the pump and he started yelling at me and telling me that I should learn how to use the pump. I became aggressive and abusive and started swearing at me and told me that he deals with people like me everyday. He was being racist at my color. I hope shell takes some action against this cashier.

Im giving this gas station a 3 rating because 1/ its not 24 hours. 2/ the gas bays are so close to each other it’s impossible to use all bays. There are 24 bays and 2 of them are Diesel. The diesel bay closest to the car wash is meant for trucks. The nozzle is bigger and won’t fit your typical sedan. Another annoying point of this gas station is that it adds a $0.01 after you’ve pumped gas. At first I thought it was just me not realizing I went over the. 00 but after a few times I would pay close attention and put the nozzle back on the. 00 and when I go inside to pay it would be at $59.01. The penny is really not a big deal but it’s annoying. Specially to someone like me who has ocd and needs to see the. 00 lol. Anyway just something I noticed about this place.
Not too sure if it’s the same owners but there’s a good car wash there and vacuums and air.
