Night staff is absolutely disgusting. I don't think staff is properly trained on customer service. Would have given minus ratings if I could. Absolutely horrible.

Be mindful of your receipt. I purchased two bottles of water and it rang up to $12.28. I said that seemed so high for water he said water was expensive. I asked for a receipt and then saw that I was charged for gargabe bags. No one before me had rung these up and he physically had to go get them to scan them to provide me with a receipt. It seemed very shady but upon request, I was refunded.

Very rude peoples both man are very unpleasant and very rude to the customers. These people shouldn't be there and shoud be fired.

Very rude and fraud people! Scammer. Never ever go there for car wash. I have add the pictures after car wash. Both man are very rude and unprofessional.

1.76 for regular and 1.63 for midgrade. When everywhere else is 1.50 to 1.55 for regular. This place is crooked

Purchased a wash here with gas at 4: 22pm. Left right away to work. When car dried up, it wasn’t AT ALL clean. Came back to the station at 6: 54pm to ask for rewash, got refused by Guri even after presenting the receipt.

Night shift customer service doesn’t exists. Guy gets up when I pull in, I remove the nozzle to fill up, dude just stares at me and doesn’t release the pump. I just stare back at him and he literally put his hands up and shrugs. I put the nozzle back in and he just continues to stare, I try again he and just doesn’t move. I press the help button, I know he can hear it as you can hear him talking on the phone and I ask him if it’s prepaid and he just doesn’t say anything.

So I prepaid what I needed and drove off.
Dude could at least speak. Nothing. If you can’t speak, maybe don’t have a job where you need to communicate.

Stood in line for 10 minutes while the cashier ignored the entire line of people, then someone screamed that there can only be 3 people in line. Highly disappointed, take your service elsewhere, save yourself the hassle

It’s very busy gas station and there is only guy who was cleaning the washroom too and taking care of counter and people were lining up for the authorization for fuel and pay and no one was there on counter Nd I came back without buy anything. Moreover one guys was asking for authorization out at the gas station for post paid fuel and he was waiving hands again and again but no one was there to listen him. Very bad experience

The car wash does not do a good job at cleaning your car.
Also the one time I went there the car wash number pad wasn't working properly - I purchased the most expensive wash and the lady ahead of me purchased the middle one. The number "7" wasn't working properly so the gentleman working said to flash my lights when I got to the door and he will open the bay door (the same was to happen to the lady in front of me). But he ended up giving me the middle wash instead of the most expensive one. So I went back in to let him know that he gave me the wash that was supposed to be for the lady ahead of me and she got mine. So he said to go through again and he will make it right. I was on my way home from work so I didn't really have time to go through again - I asked the gentleman if he can just give me a raincheck - he said no. So I went through again, and once again I didn't get the wash I paid for. At that time I had enough so I went home and sent them an email. They replied 3 different times just to say that they have received my email and are looking into it.after that I never heard back. Poorly managed and inadequate people working there.

I like using Shell because I’m an air miles collector but this station constantly runs out of receipt paper at the pump and you have to go in. Very frustrating.

Gas attendant was very rude he was on his phone the whole interaction kept making me repeat what i was asking for numerous times and kept removing his mask multiple times throughout the transaction just all around bad service i went and grabbed coffee at the tim hortans inside after and all customer after me were getting the same type service horrible experience

The guy working there seems unhygienic and seemed to be intoxicated and also tried threatening us saying he’d call the cops because us three from same household were not socially distancing. No other person in store thought we weren’t or had
problem with us and he waited to warn us until we had ordered from tims. Also during same time a lady came in store without a mask and he did not seem to be worried about that. Really poor customer service. Please look after how your employees behave with customers and how they dress to work. This incident took place around 4: 30-5pm on 22nd December 2020.

We are in the middle of a Global Pandemic here.
At first just pumping fuel was disgusting. The pumps look that they havent been cleaned in weeks. I went inside to finalize my transaction and the debit terminal was absolutely filthy. Seeing as there was no sanitizer available (empty) i decided to use the restroom to wash my hands. Needless to say the washrooms are horrific.
When i asked the employee about it his response was. " it's not my problem that people dont know how to use a bathroom"
Unacceptable.

Extremely disgusting, filthy washroom. I have never ever seen anything like this before. Especially during COVID-19.: (: (: (

Went in yesterday around 11AM/12PM and was told, as a paying customer, I cannot use the restroom, as it’s not in use (said this, due to COVID), which is illegal in Ontario.

We were also told by another customer that she had used the bathroom just minutes ago. This was likely a racial discrimination, as my group has black people and the customer who used the washroom was white. There didn’t seem to be another difference among us.

The attendant also mentioned the other shell down the road will allow us to use the restroom.so this is not direction from corporate but something this employee decided - perhaps he didn’t want to clean the washroom! The worst part is, this is our local shell and there is an Esso down the street! We don’t need to go to Shell anymore and won’t!

This place was disgusting. Washroom stinks. They have labeled a public washroom as an employee only washroom. The Tim Hortons was messy with stuff all over the floor. Totally unacceptable! I will be contacting head office for both the tim Hortons and shell. There needs to be a standard!

Got gas here and used one of the bathrooms. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was poo smeared on the plastic cover of the toilet paper dispenser and the bathroom reeked of pee. Every surface looked as if it had not been cleaned in awhile (dirt and grime marks everywhere.) If you’re running a business cleaning is a part of that. It makes an awful impression to see and smell what I did.

They never refill the receipt paper in their fuel pumps which results you having to go in to wait in line to get a receipt. Sucks if you have a new born and have to pull them out just right a receipt. What’s the point of paying at the pump if you always have to go in?

Worst bathroom in the world. A girl before me saw it and threw up. The store clerk had to open the employee restroom for her to use.

Just like the other reviews over the last few years, this place has the worst washroom. Nasty and looks like it has never been cleaned. I was there Monday and came back Wednesday, still same dirty spots on the floors and toilet. Not to mention I've waited 5 minutes for drive thru timmies just to take my order! Avoid at all cost.

Has sign up ALL NIGHT LONG saying bathroom is out of order, every day, all year long! Won't let people inside to buy anything at times at night, but picks and chooses who he lets inside! Really? Not to mention HIGHEST priced gas in area! AVOID!

I asked the attendant twice why nothing was priced and he ignored me. When I insisted that he answer me, he got rude and said that it is management's decision.

Went to get a car wash, I paid $11 for a basic wash.drive into the car wash and it sprays my car down once! Then told me to leave.the dryer hardly dried the car and when I look at the car it looked like it was never washed. Horrible car wash there.didn’t even use soap.scam!

Probably the worst car wash for 12.99 that I have ever received. The attendant sent us through again but it looked even worse.

Only one toilet, people stand in line. They have 2, but only open 1 for public. And compressor is in room, too noise!

On Sept 15th Saturday.after travelling from the U. S. A.back home to Canada we stopped in to the Shell Gas Sation at 620 South Service Road Stoney Creek On to get a coffee at Tim Hortons and use the washroom. One washroom for Men and Women.the other had Staff Only sign. The washroom was so disgusting.as soon as I opened the door you could smell urine and the toilet was filthy.urine all over the seat and floor. As well as toilet paper all over the floor. I walked out and told the Tim Hortons staff who told me they could not do anything it was the responsibility of the gas station. Today I called Shell Canada head office to make my complaint about this situation. There should be separate washrooms for ladies and men and a regular check to clean these washrooms. When people are travelling they should have access to clean washroom facilities. During our visit in the states we NEVER encountered these kinds of filthy, disgusting washrooms and feel sorry for ANYONE who has to be in Canada and witness these kind of neglect.

12 Gas / Diesel Pumps. A massive Food Mart. Tim Hortons inside. 12 parking bays, all occupied. Toilets? Just one - for Men, Women and Wheelchair users. There's another one, but it's locked and has a "Employees ONLY" prominently displayed on it's door. During my visit, it was very crowded inside. And there was a 5-6 person line-up for the using washroom, including an older lady with a companion who was carrying the lady's oxygen/breathing apparatus.
Unacceptable. Shell? Tim Hortons? Someone needs to do something.

Convenient at a price. A few blocks further from the highway and you will likely save 5 to 8 cents per liter.

Horrible Cashier - Learn how a line works. Don't let others cut line because you're unable to do the most basic job in the world.

I WAS GOING TO CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY TO NIAGARA FALLS AND WE STOPPED AT THE GAS STATION TO GO TO THE WASHROOM AND BUY SOME LOTTERY TICKETS.

TODAY ON DECEMBER 29 MY WIFE WAS CHECKING MY CARD AND SHE FOUND OUT THAT THE AMOUNT I WAS CHARGED, WAS MORE THAN I SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR THE LOTTERY TICKET. I PULLED OUT COPY OF THE RECEIPT AND SAW THAT I WAS CHARGED 18.42 FOR THE MAX LOTTERY TICKET AND FIREWOOD BAG.

THE GUY WHO WAS SELLING TICKET TO ME THE, TOLD ME PRICE OF THE TICKET ONLY WHICH IS $8 AND CHANGE, SO I DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION UNTIL I REVIEWS THE COPY OF THE RECIEPT. I HAVE I CAN PROVIDE IT TO YOU

NEXT: MY CREDIT CARD WAS BLOCKED NEXT DAY, BECAUSE SOMEONE, TRIED TO TAKE MONEY FROM IT, $20 THEN $80 - I THINK THAT WAS THE SAME GESTATION.
