The helpful night shift guy advise the wash " MUST BE CLOSE AT 21: 30 " for this 24H operate gas station.

I mean, it's a Gas Station; what do you expect! The night staff were good and the car wash is okay (it is a bit slow but worth it). And they had lot of junk food to choose from; Totally a gas station to visit, as the gas prices were always low in the night time. Better than nothing, eh!

One star is too much for this place. The night shift guy behind the counter was very rude. He yelled at customer OMFG. The worst service. I feel sorry for the owner have a staff like him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy behind the counter was very rude and has absolutely no understanding of customer service. My parents got yelled at for being too slow in ordering their lottery ticket and “not doing it correctly”. He should learn basic courtesy and some patience in dealing with customers. We left everything we wanted to buy behind to avoid his verbal abuse.

Worst experience ever DONOT go their for gas or carwash. After lining up for 45mins my car went through the wash without water. Had soap dripping when wash was supposed to be done. Asked for a rewash the cashier register and owner first response was nothing wrong with wash

They’ve sold me car wash package then two weeks later changed operating hrs for the car wash and you can’t get the service after 9: 30pm and they won’t refund. Night shift attendant was not professional at all. Avoid

Ne of the staff is very aggressive to clients.car wash machine is easy to broke. I stuck many times inside garage. Sometimes they did not refill car wash soap so did not work well.

Better prices usually than most gas stations near by however I called to once to ask a question and the lady I spoke to was absolutely rude!

Don't normally write reviews but had a unpleasant encounter with the lady working there. Gave me some real attitude when they apparently ran out of gas could have handled it a lot nicer rather then yell at me for no reason. There was no sign or anything and people were still in the gas station area.

I have a monthly car wash pass to Shell and get car washes often, I keep my car very clean and keep an eye on it. I had no damages on my car and after I went though a car wash at this location, went back home and checked how the wash was, my car had damages on the back right bumper. I went back show the attendant at the gas station but there was nobody present and I waited for a pretty long time (15 minutes) and still nobody. This car wash was terrible and the service was also terrible. I am very upset at this car wash damaging my car. DONT GO TO THIS WASH OR GAS STATION.
