This shell I had very bad experience with a guy who worked there and he called me and my mom sheet stuff very bad word to me and my mom he said we don’t have gas please remove this guy he is all the time rude to us and gave us very bad word to me but I control myself to not to fight with this guy he is little bit fad and no hair very bad language please take him away he was very rude to us and gave us sheet stuff to me and my mom I think the gas shell need to apologize to us because he has very bad languages and please removed him or talk to him thank you I like to speak to the owner please send me messages he is all the time rude to us and we don’t know why thanks

I have been a regular customer at this Shell Gas station and have consistently had a positive experience. Absolutely horrifying experience with this gas station, I parked my car at pump #3 and was about to pay prepay gas and decided to use washroom anyway, an indian guy with a tag name Romil approached me and demanded me to park my car somewhere before i pee, I told him I cannot hold my bladder anymore and he kept demanding me to move, I never experience that in any gas stations anywhere else in Canada for 11 years, this guy is brutally inconsiderate and obviously does'nt posess the manners and character appropriate for this job and giving bad reputation to the business. I like shell gas station make no mistake about that but Having said that, I won't be surprised If anyone else experienced the same Humiliating and indignifying experience from this gas station.
