I went in for an iphone charger and at checkout, I casually asked the BALD cashier how his day is going (as any decent human-being does).
His response: “I do not like to tell anybody how my day is going. This is strictly business and I will never be friends with you. ”
I hope the owner of this franchise and/or management sees this review, because having this guy at your gas station in itself, is bad for business. Never once have I come across a person in the customer service setting who was this uninviting and blatantly rude.
I am in complete agreement with the other comments regarding this BALD guy, this level of service quality is not acceptable at any gas station and it is far below the standard of decency that any and all Canadians should hold themselves to.
Fire immediately.

This Shell franchise located along Bathurst and Finch is the WORST and EXTREMELY POOR AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not to mention, the BALD cashier who worked on 2/20/23 at around 9pm was very RUDE, SARCASTIC and RACIST. Apparently, this was not the first time and as what i have read from the previous reviews there is another complain pertaining to this BALD cashier.at around 9pm on 2/20/23 we went to Shell, we're very pleasant and we asked for the cashier's assistance and clarrification regarding the TOP Up prepaid load for Chatr. For the reason that we were confused and naive of why we have to call Bell Mobility at #321 as written in the receipt instead of calling Chatr #611.we did try dialing the #321 but as per voice prompt this #321 is blocked and not allowing us to call. Hence, due to confusion we went to Shell to ask for assistance. But to our surprise, instead of helping the customer (us) the BALD cashier was being sarcastic, Rude and Racist. Can you (management) send this guy to get a proper training in terms of GOOD Customer Service? ! Or at least teach him on how to be HUMAN with good conduct. Better yet its time for you to change this Bald Cashier with a person who knows how to treat other people/customer in a rightful manner. The attitude of this bald cashier will never have a room for this kind of business, this will lead to a poor review and great impact on your business. Just for the sake of posting this i had to click the star, but to be honest i would love to take it back. Because of the Bald rude, racist and sarcastic cashier i couldnt give this company even a 1 star. Iam extremely disappointed! Hope to hear from you soon!

Extremely poor customer service from the bald cashier. Customer aren’t allowed to take their time while shopping for food or anything, he said to me “you might have all the time in your country but here it’s different “ turns out he is also rude and racist. I would give this business 0 if I could.

Terrible customer service. Very rude staff. Especially the lady who worked on saturday afternoon. Beware this place.

Functional and efficient fuel stop in my neighbourhood. Plus they sell lottery tickets! AND there's a Tim Horton round back with easy parking)
