The girl with the brace on her hand. Is something special. The pumps never have receipts, and what's the point in paying at the pump.

Shell has the best gas. I get about 20% better fuel economy compared to leading competitors

Use to live near by and now I am moving close by again and this site is good staff!

Night shift guy is extremely rude and he was cutting his nails while on the job needs to seriously be checked it's disgusting. I've lived here for over 10 years and come here often the new young Indian fellow at the night shift needs to be disciplined or fired I've never had issues with the other employees.

Possibly the rudest woman I have met in my life behind the counter.
I was yelled at demonstrativly for pumping gas at a pump which was supposedly closed.
I had no idea it was closed since it took my prepayment and pumped my gas.
She tells me this after already pumping 50 bucks, then proceeds to storm out of the store and talk to me like child. (A very bad child)
Better places to do business

The Night staff at 354 Dundas St E.are exceptionally rude and exceptionally inattentive, you can stand there for more then 10 minutes waiting for them to authorize your pump. When you attempt to prepay with the attendant, or buy something out of the store, you can wait for 10 minutes or more with on one in sight. I've often left without getting gas or buying convenience items. When they are there, they are rude and give attitude for asking simple question or asking them for other items,

Completely incompetent cashier.
I don’t even think she speaks English nor does she know how to operate a gas station.

Today is Friday Passover I sat and watched for customers come in and go out and rude to customers to the owner what are you doing how’s sad And mean spirited today is Friday pass over about four in the afternoon please train your staff

Worst in Toronto GTA. Tens of complaints about the RUDE employee but still the same guys at this location, with their unacceptable behaviors. There is always a reply for the complaints but nothing changes. I always search for Shell because of their professional employee, at the most of their stations but this is absolutely not one of them.

The racism here is unreal! Joyce at the counter advised me that as per the manager of the gas station they are to gauge whether that person needs to pre pay at the pump or not. Today a white gentleman next to me was allowed to pay at the pump the an Indian gentleman and I had to go in. Joyce cleared up our suspicions and advised that they apply racism to justify who can pay where!

The worst gas station in area. It said you can't pay inside after you get gas. You need to get in when you pay cash and then come back put gas and get back to get your change. Personel is rude. They have a rules for them not for people

This gas station always has shady people pumping gasoline, and sometimes people keep their car running while pumping gas, or smoking a cigarette. This is unsafe. Moreover, the pump machine malfunctioned for me numerous times. I do not feel these machines are serviced properly. I do not like buying gas here anymore.

Use self service to refuel my car and at the end it didn't print the receipt while saying receipt printed. Went inside and ask for a copy of receipt and as a good gesture try to inform him that maybe that unit is out of paper.instead of saying as a good customer service "I'll check and thanks for informing" he replied that it didn't say it here on my screen. That's how you loose customers.

Horrible service - waited for long time for the attendant to open the pump but she never did - paid at the pump with card. Went inside anyways to get lottery ticket but apparently other customers behind me have the priority to be served because they are paying for gas. I stood at the counter while attendant by the name Manika served customers paying for gas, ice cream and slurpee. Just cashed my lottery tickets and didn’t buy more from them.
