No good at all for the customer service and cleanness asked one of the employees to open the washrooms and he didn’t opened and replied rudely

My daughter went in with 3 $5 bills to buy slushies while I waited in the car. She came back and said it was $9.90 and she got 10cents back and she gave all her bills. I went right in and the cashier said he got only 2 bills from her. I would like the manager to check the camera becaue she Gave $15. This was today may 9th between 4pm and 4: 10pm. She bought 2 small slushies and 2 medium slushies. Kids should not be taken advantage of

It's one of the worst service I ever seen in my life. They canceled certain items from your uber eat order. And they don't refund for canceled items. This store is very garbage they always rip people's money off as if they have right to do so

Boycott the TIMS at this location. VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF THAT NEED TO GO BACK TO TRAINING CLASS. DONT WASTE MY TIME AND REPEAT MY ORDER SEVERAL TIMES. IT BRINGS SHAME TO THE TIMS BRAND WHEN YOU CONSISTENTLY DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS.

STOP HIRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS/RELATIVES. Be more ethical with your recruitment process to resolve this, otherwise work like you are FULLY trained. Does that makes sense?

Heed the warnings of the other low ratings, if you are gonna use this gas station then strictly stick to gas, and even that is being generous. For any of your convenience needs just go to walmart/superstore/costco, at least there if a product is not up to par you can return or exchange it, at this place it’s like “oh we sold you something spoiled, too bad”.

It’s open 24 hour for purchases but closed for the washrooms so don’t waste your time
