The car wash was great before they "upgraded" it earlier last year. Now it doesn't really clean my car as much as it did, and also it is now faster too, through the dryer; which leaves my car wet and dirty. I hope they can recalibrate the car wash so it'll clean better and dry more.

Because of convenient location I purchased monthly pass for Car Wash. I just used once then since the next 2 days it is closed. Called customer service was not helpful. I will never buy and suggest not to buy monthly passes they are cheating and it is waste of money if the car wash is closed when you need it.

I went for my first time at this car wash. Everything went well besides some hurdles. Staff was friendly and helpful. The back of the car could've been better washed, I think this part the cleaning wasn't good, but the rest it was ok. I wish there was a vacuum available to finish the cleaning, if there was my rate would be better. I saw other reviews where people had their cars damaged, fortunately nothing happened with mine aside some small scratches on the rim.

Traumatic Experience with Unhelpful Staff!
My recent visit to this particular Shell station for a car wash was a distressing experience. The car washing system was different from other Shell locations, and the instructions provided were insufficient to confidently operate it. As a result, my car remained stationary throughout the wash, and soap was left on the car after the process completed.
Seeking assistance, I approached a Shell employee named Leon, who displayed unreasonably angry and disrespectful behavior. Despite my attempts to explain and apologize for my mistake, he continued to belittle me, leaving me feeling mentally disturbed and upset. Additionally, the encounter lasted unnecessarily long, as I had to apologize numerous times before he provided me with a car wash token for a rewash.
During the subsequent attempt, my front tire did not fit on the conveyor belt, and I sought Leon’s help again. Unfortunately, his response was once again aggressive and threatening, making the situation even more distressing. Although he eventually brought a wooden block to assist me, his behavior left me flustered and scared. It was disheartening to be treated this way when I was only seeking help.
Thankfully, another Shell employee arrived and showed great patience in troubleshooting the problem, assisting me throughout the car wash process until completion. This employee’s helpfulness made me wonder why Leon couldn’t have done the same, saving me valuable time.
Upon returning home, I noticed damage to my car’s side mirror, adding to the distress of the entire situation. I had expected better treatment from a Shell employee and felt humiliated by the experience, especially during what should have been a seamless and comfortable car wash visit.
Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of customer service and the traumatic encounter with Leon. I hope Shell management takes this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future customers.

Cashier krish doesn’t work and always on the phone. He didn’t help me for car wash. I had the worst experience on this shell. He is rude
