Worst shell there is telling me they cant play lotto for at 10 when its not even the day for the lotto every other place does it. Locks there doors at 10 cant buy anything from inside, workers are really rude and sometimes when i want to use my airmiles they dont want to bother with it so they tell me to go and use it at the pump i dont recommend it but only shell that is close by in the neighborhood.

Quick fill up for gas and also for lottery tickets. Very efficient cashier. Sorry, forgot to take pictures.

This gas station never has paper and it’s machines for the receipt so be careful when paying on the gas pump, because they rip you off and the reason I know that is because there never is any paper in the machines so the litres are never accurate so make sure to get your receipt inside

Didn’t like the customer service. The lottery service use to close at 11: 00pm as per my knowledge but the customer representative refuses to sell lottery tickets at 9: 45 pm. I’m very upset about this. I went to other gas station specially for purchasing lottery tickets and get my rewards. I don’t remember the name of the representative but he was working on Tuesday night. Thanks!

Rutvik attended us today at shell rexdale. He was so rude. The way he was replying was quite weird and rather then attending us he was more interested in replying someone who was on call with him.zero customer service level.

Everyday i pump gas at this location, but the lady who works afternoon Thursday nearly 3 o’clock is so rude. I am trying to buy the lottery but she was on phone, may be she didn’t like that someone can disturb her, she was continuously on phone and customers are fed up. Because every customer has to say their order twice.
She even didn’t use elevator pitch to customers. Worst experience.
They are vanishing the customer service.

I am so annoyed with a staff member here. Also, the fact that every gas pump must be paid in advance, without one being where you can pay inside the office after pumping gas into one's vehicle. On Saturday, I pulled up to the #1 gas pump, went inside the office and told the young girl that I wanted to pay in advance for 30 litres of gas, along with getting my Air Miles points and CAA discount, of course. Right away, she said it would cost me $47 and I asked her: "Are you sure? Would you calculate that for me because I want the Air Miles points for 30 litres of gas. " She used her calculator, didn't show me her calculation and said: "Yes, it's $47 based on 30 litres at the gas rate today and you will get your discount. " Okay, I went along with it, paid and went to my car to pump the gas. At $47, the pump stopped at 29.955 litres, NOT the 30 litres that I'd wanted and specified to that young worker in advance.

Annoyed and disappointed that I won't get the Air Miles bonus points after all, I went back into the office and told that Shell worker that it amounted to only 29.955 litres so I won't get the Air Miles points after all. I said: "Next time, use your calculator properly" and I left. In the background, I heard a weak: "Sorry. "

In using my own calculator, the cost for 30 litres of gas would have been $47.70, NOT $47 even. I would have willingly paid the extra 70 cents if she had calculated it properly. Why do I bother going to this particular Shell station anyway?

No recommendation from me to go there for anything.

New Years eve around 10pm I stopped by to use the washroom. Crazy cashier girl bangs on the door literally 60 seconds while I was in there and yells "how long will you be in there! "

I come out after I finish and told her how dare you do that. Some people have health issues so they need more time to use the washroom. 60 seconds!
