I have been filling and buying car washes here for years. Many times, when I ask a question from an attendant or ask for details about a dubious promotion, a long haired middle-aged man - never in uniform - emerges out of back of the store often to deliver a condescending quip practically adding no value to the conversation, often further muddling the situation and simply disrespecting the customer.
Today, I had a dispute about paying before filling. I always fill a certain number of liters of gas no matter the rate of gas per liter. Therefore, I fill up first and often try to choose a pump in direct line of sight of the attendant. After filling required number of liters I pay inside. Today, I tried to do the same when I was asked to pay inside first. I went inside and inquired as to why wasn't I being allowed to follow my usual routine. Before the attendant could answer my question properly, same long-haired middle-aged man appeared from back of the store and stared remarking that it wasn't just me, everyone had to pay first. I told them that I wanted to pay for 30 liters only and that was exactly what I wanted. He quipped that I'd have to do the math. I requested the attendant to calculate and let me know the bill. The attendant was using a simple calculator to figure out the cost instead of punching in required liters of gasoline in his machine. The middle-aged man thought it necessary to work his mouth further by asking if I was making his life hard by asking him to do the math. It wasn't him, it was the attendant who was actually doing the calculation. I said yes because he was making my life hard. He lost it. He's the kind of guy who can dish it but cannot take it. He right away stopped the obviously inexperienced new attendant from going further with the transaction. For a split second I thought of deescalating but realized that there was no reason to escalate the way that man did in the first place. I left the establishment feeling betrayed that that man had no sense of reciprocal loyalty for a loyal customer of almost a decade and he lost this customer in a split second because he couldn't keep his mouth shut.
The regular attendant was not there. The regular attendant is very polite and understanding and always tries to take control of the transaction often trying to focus on the customer not allowing the sarcastic pentagenarian to interrupt regular flow of transactions. Today, the inexperienced attendant couldn't handle the situation and a normal disagreement was unnecessarily turned into something very ugly.
This is my second bad experience at a Shell gas station in less than a year. I am thinking of quitting Shell altogether and asking everyone I know to stop buying gas from Shell and go to their competition.

The car wash is not working, it remains the foam and water on the car, I wasted my time and money with this car wash
After washing I cleaned my car by tissue papers and it took along time.

The rating pertains to the services available.
(1) Had a car wash here once and opted for the premium package. The car looked like it was hardly washed as no stains were removed.
(2) Used the vacuum recently and one of two didn’t work with the electronic payment methods (only coins). The suction was so weak it was hardly picking anything up and before you know it, the time ran out.
Management definitely needs to reassess their offerings and make enhancements / maintain routine repairs.

Terrible service at this station from the same woman attendant that's been there for years. Vacuums don't work and they don't give refunds. Feels like a scam. I'll use one of the many other gas stations in the area now.

The coworker working here does Not have a positive attitude. And doesn’t seem to welcome us customer here. Very very bad experience

Been filling up during the evenings and customer service is always great. When paying he always asks for my CAA card to get my discount. Which is good so I'll definitely return. Thank you.

This is in regards to an Ubereats experience at this station. The station advertises a promotional price for 710ml cans of Monster. You order, and it turns out they are completely out of stock. They are aware they have no stock, but continue to advertise those items. For me, the bulk of my order was these items and I ended up paying fees to have almost nothing delivered. You don’t receive an option to cancel your order, even if almost every item is out of stock.
