The engine to our car spontaneously caught on fire on New Years Day just as we pulled up to the gas pump, which was the worst place to be to have that occur, obviously! The station manager came out, swiftly called the fire truck, assisted with fire extinguishers, and helped my husband pull the burning vehicle away from the pump. He secured my baby and I inside the station and had us lock the door so the smoke wouldn't get to us. He let us stay there for two hours and closed his business in the middle of the day to keep everyone safe. He called the fire department, who ultimately put out the growing fire and the tow truck and gave my baby and I food and water as we waited for our relatives to come from hours away to get us. It went as smoothly as you could imagine a car fire at a gas station would go. It could've been a very dangerous and uncomfortable situation, but with his help and others nearby, everyone was kept safe. I'm sure he lost a lot of business that day, but didn't make mention of it.

Place is a rip off, just ordered 24 dollar's of stuff, but when the order got picked up it said I only ordered two things, so i paided 16 bucks for a chocolate bar and a energy drink, I clicked on milk, sour path kids, bread, plus the chocolate bar with the energy drink, the convince store ordering with uber is a ripp off not using the app again

Prices aren't the greatest but I go there sometimes for the bonus air miles. I went there back in August to take advantage of the 1000 mega miles promotion and I'm sure that I met the criteria for the 1000 miles but did not receive it for the second time. I waisted my time going to the 5 air miles partners oh well lesson learned. I'm not going to bother going to shell again for the air miles. Maybe shell should reconsider their partnership with air miles.

Great place to go if you feel like scraping the hell out of your tires trying to go through the car wash.

Clerk was good enough to issue a refund. But, DO NOT use this car wash. Got a deluxe wash, left a grey film and streaks all over my black truck. Truck looks worse now than it did before it went in for the laughably called wash

This gas station is in an average area, and has fairly un-competitive pricing. It's an older gas station. There's a car wash here that's also fairly old. Overall, this is just another gas station, with slightly more competitive pricing and a refresh on their car-wash, I could see this place being a more popular gas station. It's in a very competitive and busy area, and doesn't do much, if anything to stand out. No huge complaints from me, but a few areas to improve.

I purchased a car wash and noticed they have a track you have to pull onto and I dont trust driving on the track with my rims, so I went to another location in the north end and they told me the mapleveiw shell would refund my money. They will not refund my money i will never use this location again and i will advise everyone i know that uses shell gas to avoid this location, they have very for poor customer service. I fill my car up with 91 twice a week and they have just lost all business from me and my immediate family. All it would have took to keep me as a customer was a 13 dollar refund. Good job Shell on Mapleview

I am at the shell now, paid my gas and the worker won't let me use the washroom, this is horrible.
