I selected regular gas but was dispensed and charged premium. Per station attendant, although I selected regular gas, the hose must have hit premium. Questionable, as gas selection prompts were still there when I selected regular.

Come here and you could leave with sub-par gas and fraudulent charges. Have been going here for quite a while as its the most convenient location for me, it was always just ok. Went to go fill up today and after paying for my gas inside, I got a call from my bank saying that they used my card for another transaction that was not me. This location charged me another $87. So infuriating!

Forget about paper towels and forget about good service. The attendants have zero manners. I'll rather push my car down 427 than spending a penny at this dump of a place.

Half the time there is no windshield washer fluid in the squeegee. Also for some reason Shell likes to charge 15 cents more for premium than every other major brand

We own a medium sized business in the neighborhood. For years, we have been fueling our fleet exclusively at this gas station, and have provided them thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of repeat business. In order to manage our expenses, we generally purchase Shell gift cards for our staff to utilize as needed. As of recently, we have encountered an abundance of issues with a particular associate here. His name is Siva. Apparently, a new policy has been rolled out that non-managerial associates can only accept cash (not debit) for gift card transactions. As such, since Siva is non-managerial, he refuses us services unless we are willing to pay cash. Yes, there is an in-store ATM, but it charges $3-$3.50 merely to withdrawal your own money. When explaining the inconvenience this has caused us to both the manager and franchisee, there was little compromise or sympathy in return, even though customer loyalty and thousands of dollars in return business was at stake. We are now giving our business to a competing gas station less than 1 kilometer away, and yet to run into any issues.

Don’t go here. There is a homeless man approaching the customers as you pump the gas. We have alerted the station management and sent two letters but they continue to ignore the problem. I will literally run out of gas trying to get to PetroCanada down the street before I go there again.

People - try to avoid this location as much as you can! Horrible experience I have ever received. I purchased the wrong size cartridge for my e-cigarette and the customer service rep refused to give me the refund. They’ve been using an excuse that the manager was unavailable and they couldn’t do anything without his decision.

Gas station I don't like it one time I go air machine not working my tire is bad Stone and that time is not working I put the money go in $1.50 and before yesterday I go back again I put $1.50 they change the hole but is not working everybody coming put $1.50 down there is no money coming back this Mission no working bulshit I don't like this guy's I am asked for the inside the gas station guys he said I don't care where are not responsibilities from this machine you know I don't understand why you don't responsibilities are you not putting for this machine over there you nobody go there I don't like it business f****** machine no working
