Stupid pump station doesn't pump gas after you make payments. I had to go back to the cashier asking her for it. Avoid it if you are in a rush.

Muskan was very polite and helpful.able to multitask well to make sure we got served quickly.

Don't use your credit or debit cards at this location because they will fraudulently use your personal information to hack your accounts. The staff are rude and disrespectful. Not what I have come to expect from Shell. Some training and coaching is needed for staff to know how to treat customers with respect. Very disappointing!

Has got my set of favourite cheap prepared club sandwiches in there, good for having a quick lunch.

Avoid this gas station at all costs. I went in to buy oil for my car today and the young man working at the register tried to charge me twice the price. When I pointed to the price tag on the bottle and showed him the signage on the shelves, he ripped the sticker off right in front of my face and told me he didn’t care and would be charging me more. Insanely dishonest and unethical.

After 11PM dont expect service unless you are buying gas with debit. Buzzer/Speaker "call" is ignored 100% of the time. "24hr" BIG LOL No. Multiple times tried to make a purchase after 11pm, 1/30 times here will be someone to attended you.expect to wait 30+ min if your hoping for the guy to come out of the office, if you're lucky.would be luckier playing the Lotto 649 than gettin service here after 11pm.won't stop there ever again unless I got an hour+ to waste.

Worst Shell cashier service I ever seen in North York area, throw product on desk to me after I payed.no patient for customer, no respect at all.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. FALSE OPERATION HOURS
Just been there on 1: 50am (April 22nd Friday). The clerk was mopping the floor and & cleaning the bathrooms, as I approached to that magnetic security box to buy a pack of smoke, clerk gave me a gesture of slicing his neck off with finger to imply it’s closed. It’s about a 3rd time that I’m having the same experience. Before this lazy clerk started working night shifts, I could totally get smokes and other stuffs before this clerk started working night shift. So either change the operation time because you guys are definitely NOT OPEN 24 HOURS or make this slacking clerk do his job properly

More than 15 min waiting in the cold and nobody attends. The prepay machine does not give receipts. I wasted my time waiting and nobody answers. What a bad service, it is preferable to close at night than to do this at the costumers.

Shell gas stations offer great Air Miles bonuses so as you're driving around Toronto I hope even though the buildings in this area have changed you can recognize this gas station as a decent place to get a snack and fuel up.this gas station is actually a nice one because it's right across from the subway entrance at Shepherd Subway so you can get some air miles and some snacks and you can even wander around and enjoy the nice scenic down town views while sitting on a concrete planter and enjoying a nice snack from the shell.
A special thanks to the nice staff here, I have been a gas station attended in the past and had to clean the pumps and do cigarette counts by the way those are the worst LOL.so just remember to drive safe no matter where you are and always try to think ahead so buy yourself some windshield washer fluid or a bottle of water because physically you should always keep yourself going even if you don't have a car so make sure to get some Air Miles because they're good for free food at Metro or lots of other partners it's not just about travel.
Enjoy your time at the Shell but whether you're just getting a chocolate bar or some gas remember in the end this part of town has changed so drive safe and don't get distracted by all the big buildings and busy streets just take some time to unwind and make sure to thank the staff because in the end just because you want to get your product quick doesn't mean you need to be in a rush and forget your manners.

It's a busy gas station because of its location. I try my best to avoid getting gas during the morning and evening rush because there is not alot of waiting space if the pumps are all in use. Very rarely is a pump out of service which is nice and they are for the most part kept in great shape. Like all gas stations there is occasionally someone outside trying to push a card or promotion specifically air miles at this location but again every gas station has this, I've never had them try to push anything on me after I tell them no thank you. I usually pay at the pump but when I do go inside to purchase a drink I've noticed the store is clean and organized and well stocked.

It's a busy Shell station to fuel up or use the facilities before most drivers, myself included, launch onto Hwy 401.

If you’re going inside the store and not parked at a pump, make sure staff know this else you’ll get a ticket on your vehicle for illegal parking onsite.

Eight pumps are available including diesel fuel; activation is quick.

You can find other services and things to purchase including Lotto, ice, firewood, drinks, snacks, etc. Counter service was quick and courteous.

There is ALWAYS 24/7 someone try to sell air miles products. It’s annoying and scary at the same time as they might show up 10pm at ur back while u r paying for gas n not seeing them approaching

Probably it was the nickname that I gave my friend's car when I saw him driving the grey Audi covered up with snow and dust after the weekend of heavy snowfall. The nickname was Stormy Grey. And his dislike for Trump and anything related, provoked his angst that he drove up to the closest gas station to get his car wash.
It was slow in getting into the car wash. Maybe because it was Friday night and people are trying to get their chores done and getting their car washed was one of them. Painless and quick- it took all in 4 minutes for the car wash to be completed.
The kindest was getting in line the car wash code and lining to get into the car wash machine. Quick and easy job. Clean car done in a jiffy!

The price on the high stand does not match the price on the pump. I told the Super and he did nothing about it.
I could've gone to the Esso gas station down the road which was advertising the same cheaper price and actually sells it at that price. I will next time.
