Poor signage for pre-pay pumps. Misleading prices for car wash with impossible to read fine print. Employees do not care about customers. The way I saw them talk to elderly customers who did not understand the pre-pay changes was shameful.

Management has clearly changed for the worse.

I tried to get some gas just after 11 PM here. Big mistake!
I try to avoid paying at the pump only to avoid touching a dozen different buttons a dozen different times. I pump gas first and pay inside with tap feature of my credit card.
I picked up the pump nozzle and selected gas grade. For several minutes, the pump wasn't authorized by the attendant. I looked over to see if the attendant was busy with other customers. He was looking at a screen above him, occasionally, and then spending time on his cellphone. I could see that he was actively ignoring me, the only customer at the gas station. I waited, waved at the attendant, and waited some more, until the pump went into time out. I spent a solid 5 to 10 minutes with no communication from the attendant despite being in direct line of sight for him.
Finally I had had enough. I went inside only to hear a sarcastic hello from him. I lost it and asked him if he was asleep. He pointed at a sign INSIDE the store, not at the pump but inside the store, and said, "It is your right to see this sign"; pointing to a sign stating pre-payment was required. I did not have time to appreciate the attendant's competence in English language because I was too busy contemplating sheer stupidity of him expecting every customer to come inside the store first ask the gasoline overlord if there are any special memos of the day for customers who dare to want to buy gas.
This was the first time for me to buy gas at this hour in years. I have always paid inside after pumping gas even at night in the past.
Had the attendant told me that a pre-payment was required right away, instead of making me wait and reveling in the process of actively ignoring a customer, I would have been more than happy to oblige. But utter ignorance, rudeness and lack of customer service from the attendant has made me add this gas station in my "avoid at all costs" list.

I Went into to get a scratch ticket today and unfortunately I wasn’t able to buy one because the cashier thought I was 17 even tho i am born in 2003 and I showed him my ID. I than went on to tell him how I’ve been to this gas station before and bought lottery tickets from one of his co workers named Jim who I have had wonderful experiences with everytime I’ve seen him. He than went on to call his co worker Jim irresponsible and was speaking badly about him. I didn’t appreciate his comments towards his coworkers and anyone working at a gas station should be able to do simple math and know that being born in 2003 means your 18. I tried explaining this to him but he didn’t seem to care about what I was saying at all. This incident happened tonight at around 9: 30 if the boss is reading this and was wondering which employee was responsible for this incident.

No lottery at 2: 30pm because it is almost shift change and i would have to come back at 2: 45. Is this a management directive or because the staff doesn’t want to count the tickets at the end of a shift - either way poor customer service

No lottery at 6: 30 AM because the ' owner does not allow that'! OLG asks its retailers must open the machine at 5: 30.

Partner wanted to see a few lighters, by few I mean quite literally 3 and they were rude saying they couldn't show her every single lighter. She wanted to look at them as she was looking for a nice one as part of a stocking stuffer. The only other person in there defended her saying they could in fact show her every single one. 4: 00 pm Nov 30th was the visit time. We will get gas elsewhere next time.

I have purchased gas and car washes here over 20 years. On Feb 14 2019 I went to get a car wash with a car wash ticket I found while organizing my car. The date on the ticket was August 14 2018 the “code expires” after 180 days. They refused to honour the ticket. Bhawna said if I came in 3 days earlier they would have extended it. I realize the expired date was a couple of days past due.
Customer Service suggests they could have easily accepted the ticket.
I have purchased thousands of dollars of gas from that station.
Bhawna said she couldn’t do anything.
It’s a $10 car wash. I was polite. I will not go back.

Good station.but I feel like the car wash is down a lot for service. Edit: this wash is constantly down. Reduced rating because it's getting out of hand

I usually go to this place. It is a nice location. I had trouble filling the air then full serve employee helped me with it. Friendly staff.

Went there at around 12: 30, the new walk up window was in effect at this time. We went there to purchase two freal milkshake drinks. Guy at window told us the machine is off and they turn it off at 12. Yet, for one we have gone there past 12 am and gotten the drinks, and for two, the machine was blatantly on, the screen was lit up we could see it and we looked right at the machine when he said it was off, and he looked at us like we were dumb or something just because he was too lazy to go and make the drinks.
